Nice central location to access restaurants and night life. Apartment was great but they represent many units so pictures on VRBO do not necessarily match the unit you are assigned. I booked two apartments and was disappointed to learn they were completely different buildings, several blocks apart. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I couldn't think of any improvements to suggest. The parking spot I was assigned was brutal to get in and out of, but that is the reality of life in dense urban areas.

This was the perfect little home away from home in a great part of the city. It was comfortable, clean, and cozy, and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was so sweet too, with a cute park right outside the front door, and plenty of restaurants and shopping down the block. If we’re back in Oslo, we’ll be staying here again. Thank you!

Tatiana was a GREAT hostess. She contacted me two days before our arrival. Gave me easy directions from the train station to the flat (including photos!). She was at the flat when we arrived and was so nice and accommodating. The flat was exactly as we expected (very comfortable and cozy) and in a great location (between the Royal palace and gardens and the harbor). So easy to walk all over the city. Tatiana stocked it with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, tea and cookies. She was so helpful and answered all our questions and also gave us great restaurant recommendations. I want to go back :)

Easy friendly check in at apartment . Already received comprehensive instructions for apartment and good directions from station . Very clean and well equipped . Easy to cook in kitchen . Beds very comfortable . Apple TV appreciated as all 3 of us could sit comfortably to watch a film on a cold snowy night ! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again .

Great location. Apartment was well set up for us as a couple. Everything was up to snuff as described. Jarle and Tatiana provided a most exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Charming, large, bright space. Extremely clean, nicely decorated. Location close to everything. Kitchen equipped for a master chef! Hosts extremely gracious and helpful.

This is a nice place to stay in Oslo. The apartment is well-appointed and spacious compared to other places we looked at. Having laundry (washer and dryer) was a real bonus. Tatiana - the person who arranged for my arrival - was wonderful. She was helpful and kept in close contact with me throughout my stay. Location - This apartment is a 5-min. walk from the National Theatret train station (Parkveien exit), and a 7-10 min. walk from the port where you can catch day ferries and visit City Hall. You enter the apartment via a courtyard, which is more of a utility area than a place to sit. Some windows face in towards the courtyard and some out to the street and so there isn't a lot of privacy. There is a park and a school right outside the apartment, and on the weekends there are lots of people going out at night walking by, and so we found it to be slightly noisy (less an issue if windows are closed). Overall it was a good experience.

We absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is cozy and quiet, both bedrooms are very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location is perfect, within walking distance to grocery stores, excellent restaurants, tourist sites, the train station and the ferry. Matt, who handled our check-in and check-out, was extremely responsive and helpful. We couldn't have been happier and would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and perfectly located property very much. Concerning cleanliness: The little rubish tray in the bathroom was not emptied and smelled a little bit. Great flat. Bright and cheerful; very clean and well equipped. Super easy to walk to waterfront or public transport. Great corner market just one block away with wonderfully fresh fruit.

Comfortable apartment, excellent location.

We felt at home in this apartment from the moment we stepped through the door. The living room is well furnished and a nice place to return to at the end of a day of sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom light and airy but with shades that kept out the summer light so that one could get a good night's rest. And yes, the apartment is quiet. Plenty of hot water in the bathroom with the added feature of a washing machine. It is obvious that the owner enjoys cooking. I believe every kitchen appliance and the equipment needed for making either a light meal or a feast was provided. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the waterfront. Convenient to a bus line and two trolly lines. We would definitely return to this apartment should we have the good fortune to visit Oslo again.

Clean and near everything yet private and quiet. We managed 4 fine but a bit cramped because of a desk in extra bedroom area. Tips Use washer and hang dry in shower with bathroom heat on. If from US use the “+” and no “1’s” when texting. Two grocery stores within 4 blocks away from water. Take extra time in Oslo and don’t overbook

I've been to Oslo on two previous occasions and this location is fantastic. The apartment is very clean and check in was easy despite the fact that my flight was delayed.

Unfortunately, we arrived late by train and were unable to get the key from the owner at 10:45pm. Housekeeper was willing to leave the key at a gas station 15 min walk from the apartment. We had bags and traveling with my elderly mother and decided it sounded a little sketchy late at night. We were unable to get any compensation back. No idea what the place really looks like but be weary if you are dependent on the train. Disappointed in the lack of service to deliver a key to the door.

We had a fantastic stay in Oslo. The apartment was convenient access to Theater Station and Aker Brygge. We even walked to the Royal Palace! There was multiple grocery stores near by as well. The apartment was cozy and fit the 3 of us perfectly. I can not thank you enough!

This apartment is in a good neighborhood, across from a small park, and within a few minutes' walk to the palace, grocery shops, the waterfront, and outlying neighborhoods. The National Theatre train station is about a 15-minute walk with bags; the main train station is about a half hour. The apartment is clean, comfortable, with great beds. It's also a bargain for the three of us staying in Oslo, which is a wonderful city.

Joli appartement propre, clair et lumineux parfaitement situé pour les excursions à travers Oslo. Près des commerces, de la gare et des trains en provenance de l'aéroport, à deux pas du Palais Royal et de l'avenue Karl Johann. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Jarle Magne mais il a été très rapide dans ses communications avec nous quoique l'arrivée fut un peu pénible parce que Jarle Magne et sa collègue ont eu du mal à saisir que nous n'avions pas de mobile mais tout le reste du séjour a été parfait! Merci Jarle Magne de votre hospitalité!
