The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the food and drinks in the restaurant were great. Rooms were comfortable and quiet enough to sleep well.

Pas d'eau disponible, pas de verre de bienvenue, pas un comment ça va, à courir derrière leurs sous pour que vous ne puissez plus vous rétracter.
Odeur d'humidité très forte, bruits permanents dus à je ne sais quelle machine, salle de bains dans un état déplorable, saleté, cafards, aucun entretien des communs, jamais personne à l'accueil...
Je suis certaine qu'ils ont trouvé une combine pour rassembler un max d'évaluations positives, ce n'est juste pas possible autrement.
Endroit à fuir. Rien ne justifie d'y passer du temps.

Can’t beat the location. Clean comfortable rooms. They were flexible with bedding and arrangements for our family with young children and made sure we were comfortable. Good breakfast.

The staff, particularly Nuwan, Sugath and Lakni were all wonderful; very friendly, helpful, accommodating and enthusiastic to please and help with any need. The rooms were excellent; comfortable beds, clean, the water was hot, the tv worked well. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with unlimited tea and coffee. And the location was great.

Everything. Staff very friendly AND professional, beautifully furnished big rooms, a modern yet elegant hotel, perfectly clean, good food. Our absolute best stay in Sri Lanka. Would definitely come again.

Exceeded very expectation. A beautiful place to be, very clean and really central (without any street noise). The food was delicious, service extremely attentive and caring, even offered espresso coffee at breakfast without additional charge. Just all the little things that make the difference - these guys know what they are doing and it is really appreciated. Thanks!

Such a great location, amazing staff, super nice and very kind. For being so central the rooms are spacious and very quiet - a nice haven from bustling Kandy. Super close to market, lake, great restaurants, and 15 min walk to train station.

This hotel has many things that are to be recommended. Excellent staff who are professional, courteous and extremely helpful. In particular, Indika who is exceptionally good, has wonderful customer service and is hardworking. He is very knowledgable too and his recommendations are great!! The rooms are immaculate, spacious, modern, tastefully designed and decorated. The view from our room was breathtaking and spectacular. We look forward to visiting this wonderful hotel. It's worth the trip !!

We stayed in July 2023 for one night, with everything that the hotel provided being fine. I enjoyed the stay there after having been recommended by a local friend we met. I would stay there again. The breakfast was nice, room clean and well presented. It is a 5 minute drive from the train station, and I'd stay there again

Location was lovely, although precarious to get there, maybe that's just a tourist view. Hotel, staff and food were superb. Very clean and well cared for. Quality fittings and attention to detail from the staff were evident everywhere.

The hotel was ideally located in Kandy, just a few minutes from the heart of the city and close to all main tourist attractions. It was also very clean and surprisingly quiet for its location. All the staff were kind, considerate and courteous. They were only too willing to answer any questions or queries I had during my stay. The room was comfortable with a big double bed. Sheets and towels were changed regularly and the bin emptied. The bathroom and toilet were very clean and the hot water for the morning shower was delightful. The Continental Breakfast was just what I needed for the start of the day.

Very friendly staff. We had breakfast and a person (I think it was the cook) came down to us and asked how everything was.
The hotel room had everything one might need (mini fridge, water, tea pot and tea bags, shampoos, anti mosquito repellent, air conditioner) and an enjoyable view.
Overall, the hotel atmosphere is very chill. I would recommend staying there :)

Very welcoming atmosphere with great care of all staff. We even got help with organizing another day trip just evening before, so many thanks especially to Indika for his time. we appreciate the calm atmosphere of the hotel, so our stay in Kandy was very pleasant. Looking forward to another visit.

My stay in this was nice and i would recommend their rooms. The rooms are simple and clean with an amazing view from the room balcony (the view is very nice, especially early morning, like having a cup of coffee would be super). The team is helpful and kind. Overall, the property is good and would be nice for a short stay.
