Wij hadden een prachtig luxe kamer, fijne bedden. Een bubbelbad met uitzicht over de bergen (duurt wel lang voordat het vol is)
Wij waren wat vergeten in de kamer en dat is heel netjes naar een volgende bestemming van ons gestuurd.
De locatie ligt wel afgelegen, het is een pittig weggetje om er te komen. Voor een ervaren Tuktuk driver geen probleem maar als je het zelf moet rijden misschien wat lastig.
Het eten was niet top.

Tjenstvilligt personale. God beliggenhed. Godt poolområde, men ingen håndklæder før man havde spurgt flere gange og ventet længe
7. Gang vi er i SR, og her fik vi den dårligste ‘western breakfast’ overhovedet! Ingen vinduer at åbne i badeværelset, og ventilatoren virkede ikke. Badeværelset var beskidt langs brusevægge og i hjørner.

Beautiful views. Very friendly and attentive staff. We also enjoyed the massage at the hotel SPA
The room was quite dirty - there were stains on the bedding and furniture, and the fridge has not been cleaned at all. The hot tub wasn’t working and based on other reviews it has been broken for a while. I wish they mentioned this somewhere before we booked the room.
The food was pretty mediocre.
It’s also quite difficult to get to Kandy city centre from the hotel and back.

The views are stunning and one or two staff members were ok
The key card wouldn’t work and the staff tried to fix it but failed each time. It took me 10 minutes each time to get into my room. The shower didn’t work properly. Also, the staff were a bit rude and inappropriate, especially one who works downstairs in the restaurant area. I personally would stay there again.

Amazing views from our balcony and from the hotel restaurant. Friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent cappuccinos.
The hotel was high on the mountain road so it wasn’t possible to walk into town, but the stunning views more than compensated for this.

The view from the room and balcony was awesome
The hotel is located very high on a mountain top ....the last 100 m to the hotel is a diificult and narrow drive...difficult to get good taxis,...and also not pleasant to walk

Hieno ja siisti hotellihuone. Ainoastaan lakanat olivat nukkaiset, joka yllätti hotellin tasoon nähden. Palvelu oli hyvää ja henkilökunta hyvin huomaavaista.

L'accueil la vue juste magnifique, le balcon qui donne sur la végétation.
A notre arrivée à 20h, la chambre était à moitié faite, les oreillers n'avaient pas de taie, nous n'avions pas de serviettes.

The view from the hotel is excellent!
The service was a little bit slow on the first day, probably because we came after 7 pm, but anyway, we expected to be better perpetrated to greet guests. There were no hot water. The day after they managed to fix it. The food needs significant improvement.

This stay exceeded our expectations. The view from our room was amazing. The early morning swim with the view from the pool was fantastic. Kevin was extremely welcoming and very attentive as were the housekeepers.
The sheet on the bed was bobbly - could do with a fresh/ new sheet.

The hotel is a bit further away from the centre but we knew that before we booked, it wasn’t a massive issue for us as we had a driver.

Wow what a luxury. Amazing views and staff. Rashad always made sure our room was spotless and was very helpful. Our waiter for our 3 day stay was also fantastic. It’s a long way out of town so a real oasis. We did half board, but I think ordering off the menu would have been better. Make sure you have time to enjoy the view and the pool.

The view from our room (and the pool area) was spectacular - and the floor to ceiling windows really allow you to appreciate it fully. The hotel is situated in the hills, looking away from Kandy city, so is nice and quiet. Very friendly staff at reception.
Not so much a dislike, more something to be aware of - the road to the hotel is very narrow and climbs up into the hills, so may cause some hair-raising encounters with tuk-tuks coming the other way.

Super mooie locatie met mooi uitzicht. Zwembad was ook heel fijn. Erg vriendelijk personeel. De manager was erg behulpzaam met alles regelen.

The rooms are spaces ,staffs are friendly in all areas.and very safe.I like the fact that the security noted down the number and contact details for and one picking up a staff from the ride on app .
Mohammed was good in room service .Sheehan in the front desk was helpful .Actually everyone is very helpful.

The staff were just wonderful and so attentive. They helped to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The view from the pool was wonderful and the rooms and breakfast were lovely.
A little further from the city but easily accessible by tuk tuk.

The water was too cold to take a shower. We called the front desk three times and they were not quick with fixing it until I went downstairs to give them more pressure. Besides, the power was out the whole morning.

Had a pleasant stay, compliments to the friendly and helpful staffs. Cared for from arrival to departure. The hotel hosts an amazing view of the valleys and river bed of Kandy's main river. And which drew my attention to it. I also appreciated the room layout with chairs on the balcony to help with soaking in the captivating view!
The pool is a nice touch to hotel grounds but unfortunately was not in its cleaneiest shape. The tiling should be routinely deep cleaned.
