The room was very big and clean and WHAT A VIEW!! The city view was beautifull. The staff was also very friendly! We want specifically give credits to the driver, Michael/Mishel. He was the best and funniest driver and showed us the best places in Kandy. If you’re looking for someone to guide you, we advise you to ask for him!!
The remote from the AC wasn’t working in our room. So we couldn’t change the settings.

Exceptional customer service. Our flight got delayed, we arrived at 4:30am and the staffs waited for us, like.. that was very sweet of them to do so.
Breakfast was always the reason we got out of bed, especially the local Sri Lankan brekkie.
Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Shower needed a bit of time for it to be hot but nothing to complain about.
Get them to call Michel and Roshan to give you a tour around Kandy. They’re honest, kind, and nice people who don’t need any form of navigation haha. Super impressive really. We thought we’d only need a driver for one day and we ended up asking Michel to send us back to Colombo.
Highly recommended. Will come back again!
P/s: We can’t wait for the new swimming pool too!

Room was cleaned and presentable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The air conditioner is not enough for our room and it took long time to cool room. Their restaurant was cleaned but food was quite expensive and the portions were small.

Sehr schönes hoteleigenes Restaurant - man hat einen super Blick. Sehr schön war auch unser geräumiges Zimmer, die Beleuchtung und der schöne Balkon mit dem tollen Blick über Kandy. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Klimaanlage hat unangenehm Richtung Bett gepustet. Leider konnte man den Ventilator nicht auf kleiner Geschwindigkeit laufen lassen oder die Lamellen der Klimaanlage bewegen, so dass der Luftstrom in eine andere Richtung gelenkt wird.
Schade auch - aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit - dass in der Minibar nicht das leckere Lion-Beer, das es ansonsten überall gibt - vorhanden war.

Классный отель, один из лучших в Канди. Номер - просто бомба, просторный, светлый, с хорошей мебелью и электроникой, достаточно места для хранения, прикольные зоны освещения, ванная комната огромная с душем и ванной, классный балкон с видом на город. Покушать можно в ресторане на терассе на верхнем этаже, цены адекватные, никаких проблем с персоналом не было.
Отель находится не в самом центре города, а немного на горе и пешком не дойдешь, надо брать такси или туктук. Еще не понравилось, что кондиционер дует прямо на спальное место, лучше бы он где-то сбоку был.

Está muy bien.Habitaciones amplias y limpias.Estupendas vistas de la ciudad. Con terraza. La ubicación nos gustó porque íbamos andando al centro y a la vez era una zona bastante tranquila. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno. Nos dejaron hacer el checking antes de tiempo.

The location is really good. Good views from all the rooms. Very very spacious rooms. Extremely clean. Great bath. Lovely breakfast. Amazing staff. Would recommend. :)

The rooms are very big and the hotel is spotless clean. The staff is amazing and so helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel ! If I come back to Kandy would love to stay again in this place .

Great location, easy to get a TukTuk to the city centre or walk in (if you don’t mind a 20 minute stroll). The room was very big, clean and spacious. We enjoyed having a bath overlooking the hills. Very friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant one of the team members went out of their way to order in some gluten free bread.
We had lunch here once and it was quite average so chose to eat out for our other meals

Frendly and proffesional staff, great location and fantastic breakfast. We felt like home, and that is provided by people working there, but I have to say that the highlight of our stay is their guide and driver Mitchell, who help us more than a lot, super knowledgeable, proffesionall, kind and helpfull. Our stay in Kandy is maked up because of him and his personality and we will miss him a lot during the rest of our stay in this great country.

View, reception staff, comfortable bed, good recommendation for Tuk tuk driver, smart TV, breakfast ok, nice shower (but no warm water one evening), restaurant food (dinner) ok (but dry chicken)
As mentioned not always warm water in the shower, extra charge for water at breakfast, Cleanliness is just superficial and there were stains on chairs, throw and blanket, room next to reception not ideal (I was already sceptical when we received this room because of possible noise - they assured me it will be fine, but of course I woke up everything someone was talking early morning), rooms are generally badly insulated - you can hear every car driving by, dogs barking etc.

Lovely hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious and had a large a balcony with fantastic view.
It was a little way out of town, but if it had been closer it wouldn’t have been so peaceful and you wouldn’t have the views.

Het is een luxe hotel op een goede locatie in Kandy. De kamer is groot, het bed is luxe en de badkamer is ook heel relaxed. Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid. De prijs was in verhouding met de kwaliteit. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Diner zou ik hier niet aanraden. De ventilatoren maken een flink geluid in de badkamer.

We had a large family suite with a balcony. The room was super clean, big bathroom with shower and nice modern bath. The breakfast was good enought, several options for different taste. The staff is very fliendly and helpful.

Staff are very kind, helpful. Hotel is at the good location with nice view, good fresh air. We got 4 rooms, rooms are spacious.and beautiful.. having a very good spacious veranda.. at the reception, good place to sit outside. Hotel upgraded 2 rooms. Tasty food. Especially in the morning and evening rooftop restaurant has a nice view and fresh cool.air. so nice.
Monkeys seem to be cute.. but came into my room and took all things in the pouch and threw them here and there. It takes sometime to get hot water.
Rm. 104 in the bathroom very bad drainage water smell is coming inside.. I couldn't breathe..
Dinner served a bit late.. pork chop eat was a bit rough..

Awesome room, almost everything was near perfect. Great bathroom with all modern amenities (and almost the size of the room itself). One of the best breakfasts and dinners we had during our Sri Lanka visit). The staff was extremely friendly. We had booked 2 rooms.

This hotel was such good value for money! The room was huge with modern amenities and a lovely bathroom. The mini fridge was stocked and it has an amazing view of Kandy. We also loved the location… everything was a short walk so you can get around the city easily. The breakfast was also tasty. We ordered room service the day we got there for lunch as we were really hungry and it came quickly and was a high standard. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Only small thing is that outside of the room the facilities could do with some small improvements. There isn’t a bar and the restaurant is quite dated. That said we would have gone out for dinner and drinks anyway as Kandy has lots of nice places to try.

For the price we paid, this far exceeded expectations! We were expecting a pretty basic hotel, but the room, bathrooms and service were absolutely fantastic! The staff were really lovely to us made us feel very welcome. We felt safe walking from the hotel to a bar 10 minutes away and the views from our balcony as well as the hotel’s breakfast restaurant were lovely.

A pesar de tener una buena ubicación, las vistas no son tan espectaculares.
Lo peor sin duda fueron el desayuno y la cena, pero no por la comida sino por el comedor. Está al aire libre, mal decorado y conservado, con sillas de tela sucia y húmedas, y el suelo de plástico. No es nada agradable cenar por la mala iluminación. La comida aceptable pero el desayuno no es ninguna maravilla
