A beautifully furnished ground floor studio apartment with a terrace overlooking Babbacombe Beach.
Un apartamento estudio de planta baja bellamente amueblado con una terraza con vistas a la playa de Babbacombe .. 2 pasos a la entrada.

Sala de estar / comedor / dormitorio: con Smart TV de 20 pulgadas con canales Freeview, reproductor de DVD, mini refrigerador, cama de matrimonio y puertas francesas que conducen a la terraza cubierta.
Cocina: con horno de gas, encimera de gas, microondas, nevera y puerta francesa que conduce a la terraza cubierta.
Cuarto de baño: con cabina de ducha, inodoro y radiador toallero. Calefacción central de gas, gas, electricidad, ropa de cama, toallas y Wi-Fi incluidos. Terraza cubierta con muebles de jardín. Estacionamiento en carretera; Aparcamiento público adicional. No Fumar.. Después de un ajetreado día explorando Torquay, imagine regresar a su casa de vacaciones y sentarse en la terraza mirando la puesta de sol sobre el mar con un vaso de burbujas. Bueno, en The Downs, ¡puedes hacerlo!
Una hermosa cama doble de estilo francés y un candelabro hacen de este acogedor estudio el lugar ideal para una escapada romántica. Además, la playa de Babbacombe está al otro lado de la carretera.
La sala de estar es de diseño abierto con las áreas de comedor y dormitorio, y conduce a esa maravillosa terraza para que pueda acostarse en la cama y ver las olas chocar a lo lejos. La cocina tiene todos los elementos esenciales que necesita, pero con una amplia variedad de restaurantes en el área, ¡podría comer fácilmente todas las noches! ¿O por qué no comer pescado y papas fritas tradicionales y cenar en la terraza y disfrutar de la gente mirando?
Torquay es un balneario tradicional donde encontrarás muchas atracciones para mantenerte ocupado. Tome un paseo en la Rueda de la Riviera inglesa, vea jugar a los pingüinos en Living Coasts o tome un bote hacia Brixham. Si toda esa exploración lo ha cansado, camine hasta el pub más cercano para tomar una bebida relajante, a solo 150 metros de distancia.

We visited in November - so probably couldn’t appreciate the location quite as much as in Summer,
We visited in November - so probably couldn’t appreciate the location quite as much as in Summer, but it was very convenient for getting around S Devon and the sea views were spectacular. Apartment was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Kitchen had everything you would need.
Bear in mind situated above a cafe - which was very useful - but could be noisy in height of summer with tables out on terrace.

We visited in November - so probably couldn’t appreciate the location quite as much as in Summer, but it was very convenient for getting around S Devon and the sea views were spectacular. Apartment was very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. Kitchen had everything you would need.
Bear in mind situated above a cafe - which was very useful - but could be noisy in height of summer with tables out on terrace.

Firstly I have to say the property itself (self catering apartment in block of 6) is beautiful with a lovely verandah overlooking Downs and Sea. However before we arrived we hadn't received the code for the keys (I believe this was Cottages.com's fault and from what I am reading we are lucky we had a holiday!!) luckily I rang the owner and he gave it to me. Secondly the listing for this property was slightly incorrect but not necessarily the fault of the advertiser. The Cafe under this property is not a Cafe its a restaurant and is not open from 9am to 5pm its open from 9am to 10.30pm and more some nights!! However I will say that due to Governments new policy on 50% off meals on Mon to Wed this apparently was the reason they stayed open however we found out that they are always open friday and saturdays late!!! It does not mention this in the criteria and although due to Government offer the only night it didn't open late was Sunday evening. Now this didn't spoil our holiday however we get up early and go to bed early so sometimes it was quite noisy in fact very noisy on some occasions because it was very warm in apartment we couldn't really have windows and doors open until everyone under us had gone home! This may have altered our original booking had we been aware but having said that we loved our holiday and cannot fault the beautiful location and views. One small point re apartment everything was there you could need except a bread knife!!!! LOL! We did struggle without it for the gorgeous bread we bought but managed as you do! Also I think the advert could have given more information as to what was available in the apartment as I brought stuff which we didn't need to!!! The bed was awesome!!!!!!!

Very nice accommodation in a lovely location.
Very nice accommodation in a lovely location. In these difficult times having an entrance shared by only four apartments felt very safe, especially with the sanitizer provided in the entrance. Would certainly visit again.

This is a lovely appartment, nice and cosy. Close to shops, pubs, bus stop. Great views. Nice & quiet this time of year (jan).
Kitchen could do with potato peeler, colander/sieve. Steamer for microwave (I purchased one, very handy) . Linen is changed. would recommend.

This is a lovely appartment, nice and cosy. Close to shops, pubs, bus stop. Great views. Nice & quiet this time of year (jan).
