عزل الغرف غير جيد .. ووقت الخروج تعرضت الى ازعاج للاسف متكرر من قبل الاستقبال مما اضطرني الى دفع رسوم نصف يوم مقابل ايقاف هذا الازعاج .. بالاضافة الى تأخر الباص الذي يقل الزوار الى الحرم كثيرا

الاستقبال وسرعة الدخول وتوافر الباركينج في جمع الاوقات وحسن التعامل وتواجد الباص للتوصيل للحرم علي مدار الساعة.

1. I got sick and i asked for water to have my tablets but i was shocked when they told me that there is no water in the hotel, even the coffee shop was closed from 9 pm 2. There was a problem in the bathroom bidet 3. My reservation was a room with 2 separate beds but when i asked to change it while checkin I was told that i will find a king size bed but i found it two separate beds but beside each other. 4. Asked for converter for the chargers and didn’t find.

Everything is perfect shuttle surface to haram available reasonable charges v neat n comfortable. No issue with check in n check out

Restaurant should have few asian items on the menu or shawarma burger so that everyone can have enjoy from there

Cleanliness. comfortable beds. Nice room. Very clean and modern bathroom. Room was at a level of 5 starts hotel.

The elevator are a bit confusing and cumbersome. Some delay at check-in (Ramadan season) but they make up for it next day with extra one hour for checkout.

The room were clean and neat . It's value for the money . Good for families there is shuttle service
