قريب جداً من الحرم مشي اقل من دقيقه وتكون بساحه الابراج

الاثاث نظيف وممتاز وجوده لكن قديم للي يهمه الموضوع

Le personnel et super mais la nourriture et orienté indo pakistanais.

I like the view while having breakfast, food are fine.

I was asking for only toothpaste and toothbrush since i arrived when i found its not there and i spoke to 2 or 3 persons in the counter they promised to give but still they ddnt, instead the next day, the third time when i ask about it again they delivered water, coffee, tea, sugar,tissues, still there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, when i ask the manager he says they have lots of customer and they run out of it. No comment. Moreover, seems the maintainance is poor as the bathtub has hair when i checked it, the water runs with yellow color the first time i open it.

The hotel is so excellent, clean and tidy. It is only a 3-minute walk to Haram. The breakfast was so good and exceeded my expectations. All the staff were amazing, and special thanks to Mr. Mousa Alsulamy for his continuous care and welcoming spirit.

فندق مريح ونظيف وشكر الطاقم كله تعامل جميل جدا واحترام ،وشكر خاص للستاد موسى فالاستقبال بيض الله وجهه على الاكراميه وفندق قريب من الاحرم ويعطيهم ألف عافيه

الافطار ممتاز و خدمة تنظيف الغرف ممتازه والاستقبال رائع واي طلب بخصوص الغرف يتقبلها الاستقبال و يحاول ارضاء المقيميين

الحمام حجمه صغير جدا ولايحتوي على حوض السباحة
