Hotel was amazing, staff were all very friendly and attentive. Very close to the haram. Quiet and cozy - a true hidden gem! Would 1000% stay again In sha Allah!

No criticism whatsoever about the hotel itself, other than the fact that it is on a hill and the walk to and from is quite steep. Big steps outside the entrance down towards the road would be a huge improvement.

Pros : The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Housekeeping especially goes above and beyond to help you out with your requests. We were treated with a lot of generosity by the sales manager there and one of his colleagues who helped us with our luggage and get a cab in peak hours which seemed almost impossible It’s really close to the haram - approx 5-8 min walk

Unfortunately I paid way too much for the value the hotel had to offer. There were electricity issues, the hair dryer did not work, the room photos are pretty misleading as the fittings are old and dusty. Barely anyone at the reception spoke English so it was hard to even complain and fix some issues. I was highly disappointed as it gave cheap motel vibes Another downside is the complexity of the location, it is very close to haram by foot however due to the location no taxis come to pick you up there and it is located on an inclined slope which is super tough to climb up and down, especially with your luggage. The slope is really tough for elderly people so if you’re travelling w someone old or with knee problems, think again cause as for now they do not have a golf car to transport you up and down. Also, this location is frequently closed by the police for crowd management so it’s good to keep that in mind.

The concierge was very welcoming and super helpful, I believe his name is Samir.

The room is very small with no space to relax in other than the bed. The washroom is also extremely small and with a shower head but no real shower area, and therefore, when you shower, the entire toilet floor gets wet.

Location very near to Alharam only 5mins Cleanliness. Staff were very helpful and friendly, special thanks to Hadi and Sultan, they treat us as well.

The hill way back to the hotel may be not convenient for elderly people or with limited mobility, but as per the hotel they will provide a gulf car before Ramadhan

Staff were super nice & welcoming starting from : Sultan who warmly welcomed me to Sameer , Nawaf & being good bye by Hady.

Hadi, Nawaf, Sameer, Sultan and Fahad were great as they helped us check in and out. The property was clean and easy access to Masjid Al Haram

We enjoyed the proximity to everything that was needed.

The room was not as advertised, missing many of the amenities. The room additionally was dirty, a lot of dirt in the curtains etc.

The staff was really supportive especially Samir at the reception. He accommodate early check and also helped me in finding taxi with decent fare while leaving.

The location and construction noise. The view is not that great either and rooms are really congested.

Very near to al haram

All the hotel staff was very cooperative. Especially Mr Sameer took extraordinary care of elderly, and facilitated us with best service in every aspect. The breakfast was very good, the Chef is very also very cooperative and fulfill your needs in best available resources. Complimentary, Teas, Coffee, snacks were available round the clock. Local is excellent, roughly 700 m from Haram. Golf cart is also available to drop people with restricted. Overall, best value and excellent services.

The delicious breakfast. Thanks to Chef Mr Sarafuddin and chef Mr Saif Mahdi. We stayed for 4 nights and each day we enjoyed different types of menus. Amazing hospitality from these two and we feel like we are staying in our home. It’s a good price with close proximity to the Haram. They do offer free water drinking facilities and coffee vending machines free of charge. They have a terrace area where you have your lunch or dinner which you bought from outside.

The Hotel bathrooms were not as we expected. It will be much better if it covered with a sliding door as when you take shower the whole water comes to the toilet area and to the entire bathroom

Staff members are fabulous. Brother Sameer is a very good hearted person. Hadi was extremely helpful. verall all staff members are very nice and polite. Great experience.

L'hôtel est très proche de Masjid el Haram La machine à café est gratuite, et il y a plusieurs choix. Les jus au petit déjeuner sont frais, et vraiment bons. Samir est très accueillant, et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Le taxi peut être réservé avec l'hôtel pour une retour à l'aéroport de Jeddah (moyennant des frais)

L'hôtel est un peu en hauteur, difficilement accessible pour des personnes âgées. Les taxis peuvent difficilement y accéder étant donné sa proximité avec Masjid el Haram, donc difficile de planifier une sortie pour visiter des endroits. Il manque de choix au niveau sucrée au petit déjeuner. L'isolation thermique des chambres n'est pas optimale, et la climatisation n'est pas réglable. Il fait soit trop froid, soit trop chaud. Les salles de bains sont assez rustiques.

L’accessibilité à l’hôtel avec une pente très rude, et la petite voiturette qui était censé nous faciliter ne fonctionnait pas. Douche, très petite, avec l’eau des tuyaux qui coulait. On a demandé plusieurs fois à changer de chambre, mais il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible. Le bruit des travaux horrible nous pouvions même pas nous reposer à l’arrivée

Very close to Masjid Haram, clean, Comfortable,friendly staff specially Mr Hady, I asked for a late check out and they were understanding and helpful, Good value for money

Although very close to the Masjid Haram (nearly a 5 minutes walk to see Al Kabaa), it is on the top of a hill, very steep, that is really difficult for elderly. Coffee and tea were only at the reception not in Room.
