If I had to really choose anything, it would be parking. But that’s the entire town of Wilmington.

The outside and inside were well kept and the color scheme in the queen deluxe was amazing

NOTHING.
Canceling my booking for TWO rooms, by phone 30 minutes before arrival (arrival at 5 pm) because I have a dog. Although I booked for my emotional support dog (17 lb - I have Stage Four Cancer, can send you a medical report if required) from the start as they advertise as a pet friendly accommodation. Then try to convince me it is my fault because somewhere in the fine print it states that they only have 2 pet friendly rooms. Instead of telling you from the start those two rooms are already booked they waited till the last minute to cancel your booking

Great location and easy parking. Super nice people, beautiful grounds, very comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.
Bathrooms were a bit small. But it’s a renovated old home, so what they’ve done with the place is amazing. That’s not a complaint, just a comment for anyone who would want a spacious bathroom.

You can’t set air conditioning temperature. It is locked. It works quite noisy(almost like a car engine)

Breakfast was unusual, vegetarian and meat options should have been available along with milk to suit all guests and this should have been complimentary.

Great location
No housekeeping during stay . No tea or coffee making facilities . Air conditioning leaked water onto floor . Breakfast / vegan only and no choice .

Beautiful house and interior design.
It was hard to find, with no sign out front or even a house number visible from the street.
Guests can’t control their room’s air conditioning, which was freezing.
More curtains are needed - it was too bright in the room from 6 am - not what you want on holiday.
There was very little to choose from for breakfast, considering the price for the night.

Dreamers by DW exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The vegan breakfast was delicious. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Dreamers is fantastic! The room decor is vintage and handpicked to make it even more authentic. It's only three blocks to the riverfront in a quiet neighborhood with immense nostalgia.
Honestly, my only complaint was that the tub didn't drain properly while showering. The bath/shower knobs were super confusing. The directions on the wall are helpful, but it would definitely be an issue for someone with vision problems.
