Everything was great 😊

This house was super comfortable for our family of 5! Everyone had their own bedroom and ample bathrooms to not feel like we’re all on top of one another! The location cannot be beat! Seemed like everything we needed was a short drive away. Thomas was extremely responsive and helpful! Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying at this property. We had 4 adults and 3 children. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs and kitchen supplies. The one thing it was lacking was "extras." The bathrooms didn't have any bath products and one was even missing hand soap. There weren't any extra trash bags but there were about 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and a couple rolls of paper towels. There also wasn't an ice chest or cart to pull your beach supplies. If you have kids, bring or rent toys because there was only a few games. There was a pack n play and high chair available. The private beach was about an 8 minute walk and was just beautiful! It wasn't busy and had a great view of the Lighthouse at Hillsboro Inlet. The pool was nice and kept at a comfortable temperature. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely give the location 5 stars!

Great location , a short 5 minute walk to private beach. Only 5 minutes to Marina if you want to go charter fishing. Ride Circuit is. A local free shuttle service to take you to Pompano Beach… they pick you up at the house! Really enjoyed our stay

This property was perfect for our stay. Four adults had more than enough room. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Pool very nice after day at beach. Would stay again !!!

Home was great for our family. Communication with the property manager was also very detailed and we were overall very happy with our stay. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a good place to stay. Living room is large and that's where we spent most of our time. A few upgrades are needed here and there but overall the home is in good condition.

Home is exactly as pictured and listed. 5 minute walk to the beach, very nice pool and backyard. 100% satisfied. Quick item to be aware, no impact at all on our stay is that would have liked to have a larger bed in the Master bedroom and only 1 TV in the house. Totally enjoyed the location, short walk to Coffee house and juice bar, small grocery store. Longer walk but worth it, both on the beach and via the street to the peer. Tom was extremelly responsive with any questions. Definetly would stay again.

Great location, everything we needed was there, quiet area n the best was access to beach was very close although this time the beach had alot of seaweed, but we had the pool which made up. We all enjoyed it!

Very comfortable home, calm and serene yard and pool, in a very quiet lovely neighborhood, only a 7 min walk from a wonderful "private" beach. Enjoyed our stay completely.

Even if the house was completely horrible, which it was not the private beach you have access to is so beautiful, clean and empty, that you should totally stay here! Loved our stay! Neighbors are friendly, area is beautiful! House was great and spacious, pool was great. Everything you need is in the house down to beach chairs. We have family in south Florida and will probably be back again. One thing though, if you have a tiny dog like we do, who likes to run away it will always need to be on a leash since there are gaps at the bottom of the fence. Other than that everything was fine and we enjoyed ourselves. Thanks!

The house was clean and bright and very tastefully decorated and the pool was great. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe with teenagers somewhat on their own. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and the property.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Tom was a wonderful host. We were impressed by the space and the cleanliness of the home. Exactly what we needed and only walking distance to the beach. We hope to return!

As we all know pictures can be deceiving but they can also be the real thing. This home is just as it is pictured. Very clean and well maintained. All the comforts of home as it felt as if we were home. Will stay again!

Our experience with this property was excellent. The place was ready for us upon arrival and check-in was very easy. Tom was an excellent host and was able to immediately address a couple of minor issue we had. Place is well equipped with everything we needed for our two week stay, including beach chairs, etc. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks Tom!

Nice house on a quiet street. Rooms are spacious with updated bathrooms. One TV in living room only. Property met our expectations except for the ants found in the master bathroom and kitchen area. Nice property just off Ocean Blvd. The beach is a few minutes walk and you’ll need your access key.

House was perfect! Great location and very clean. It also had everything you would need right away when we arrived! This was so appreciated especially when getting in late with 2 toddlers.

Location of the property is great and a short walking distance to the beach. The private entrance to the beach was great for the kids. Tom was a great host and was reachable at all times.

Out door patio and pool perfect for our needs. Walk to local beaches, (semi private and public-couple of blocks away) (walk to intercoastal) (Hillsboro Light House). We would return again for a family vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Little Beacon. Lots of space and very clean. It is a close walk to the beach. Everything is there for your day at the beach. Pool was fantastic for a nice cool off!! We would definitely book again!!

The house was spacious and well decorated. The backyard was beautiful and we loved all the little extras, like beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of towels for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I really loved this house! The kitchen was stocked with anything we might need, the bedrooms were all pretty private from one another, the pool and backyard were perfect, and couldn’t beat the less than 10 minute walk to a gated, private area of the beach!

Awesome property, Ill rent again

It was ver nice! Plenty of beach and regular towels, quick walk to beach or quick drive to food store. Patio and pool were just the right size.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, & towels. The pool was great! Coffeemaker is “temperamental”; only make 8 cups max at at a time! The proximity to restaurants was further than we wished but, other than that, it was a great place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family! ❤️
