The apartment was big and clean. Location was good.

The aircon is not cold. One of e room aircon wasnt cold so we had to share room with other. The fridge is not that cold also. Water heater is not hot at all. Wifi signal was bad.

It was very disappointing. We only stayed one night and move to another apartment on the following day as I couldn’t sleep under that condition. Bedding looked dirty and old, bed sheet couldn’t stay on the mattress, kept coming out of mattress. Hangers in the wardrobe are all different cheap wire ones. Shower towels were super rough like sand paper. Provided shampoo and bath wash are pathetically cheap, I wouldn’t use it to wash my hand. Balcony floor was very dirty with hairs and ashes. Towels are super rough. TV is small which doesn’t have Netflix. Some of wall paint are peeling at comer. I’ve never lived any apartment in thus poor condition before, even my kids weren’t happy with it. But apartment manager is great. She was very patient and helpful. This apartment has a great location where is so easy to get everything. We like the view from the balcony but we couldn’t sit outside as the floor so dirty and there was only one old chair provided. Location and floor level is fantastic but this place needs a lot of work and love

The place is very clean and spacious for a family of 4. Host is very responsive and friendly. Definitely will return again when I come over to JB.

3 toilets, 1 ceiling leaking so can't use, 2nd toilet leaking above the toilet bowl, can't use unless you want something on your head when you do your business 😕

Good location, clean, the view. Connected to KSL and 10 mins away from JB Sentral. Aircon is strong with fan, cutlery provided, bathroom is huge, lots of hangers and huge balcony to hang your towels. Clear instructions and communication from host.

Wish there's black out curtains, when the sun is up the room gets extremely hot and bright. The wall behind the bed is slightly dirty. Shampoo and conditioner are provided but we didn't use as it was diluted with water. We ended buying our own toiletries. Even though there're few lifts, it's quite slow and stop on almost every level.

LOCATION!!! Loads of food choices within the vicinity. Room was spacious and quite clean, check in was a breeze. Service staff very responsive.

Bedding - could feel the spring on my back when lying on the bed. Vacuum cleaner - noisy and suction was really weak. Soundproofing - could hear the bass pounding in the middle of the night from nearby discotheque. The lift was really scary to ride in, saw quite a few residences got clamped by the fast closing lift doors.
