The room was so clean! It looked like it had been updated recently.

The room was very clean and bed was nice.

Water leaks from shower onto flooding bathroom floor because glass door doesn’t close all the way, there are no night stand lamps, it’s noisy from people above.

Very good breakfast an excellent location very peaceful.

AC blow cold and room was clean as well as space and size for a king room

Blankets were to thin not enough pillows for a king room and they rush u out before you can gather all your things especially when you check in after 12am you should be able to check out at a later time and not be rushed

Did not get the breakfast the hotel is in a good area it was easy to get to

The staff was rude, they almost refused me a room due to someone else's behavior only because she knew that I knew them. She made me beg her to let me stay there instead of me having to call booking.com for a refund... It wasn't until I started crying that she told me she would call her manager. She then continued to walk to the room behind the office and walked right back out and then finally agreed to let me stay, but I was not allowed to have any visitors? I will never stay here again. There was blood on the ceiling, almost like blood spatter. And there was also fingerprints on the bathroom door. It was just very poorly cleaned... I used to stay at this hotel all the time when my husband abused me, and they had always been nice up until this point.
