The owner of the pension is very friendly and she is a very hard working person. People were so nice that I felt at home really. You can park your car in the back yard or just leave it in the bays by the entrance. Excellent breakfast in the morning.

This hotel is family pension mainly for workers and long-stay travellers. The manager was welcoming and the parking is useful if you have a car.

This hotel is situated a bit outside Linz and along a busy road quickly noisy early in the morning. The room was fair, but the bathroom was a bit small. Moreover, the equipment (bathroom, furniture, Tv) was cheap. The walls are so thin that I heard the neighbor's Tv late at night. Last but not least, having to leave two days before what was expected (6 nights instead of 8), the management, blaming Booking's policy, did not try to find a solution to refund me.

The Rosenhof is located at the edge of Linz, however close to the large parking site on Bahnhof Linz. The staff was very helpful.

Our flight was cancelled and the hotel kept our room for us. it's a quite location with crop fields opposite. Everything 15 minutes. including the train station.
