Good sized room. Comfortable pillows. Bicycle stored in garage free of charge.

Noisy as room facing main road. This is unavoidable in a central location but the price for the noisy room should have been lower.

The rooms were big and clean and the location is quite easy to reach. Underground paking space ( with a fee).

When we arrived we asked if the restaurant is opened and we can eat (it was about 7:30 PM) and we were told that it's Friday evening, so we can't expect to find a free table. As a 4 star hotel, you would expect to have some tables reserved for your guests. Regarding the room service, there isn't any available even if it is present in the facilities option. At least they have allowed us to take the breakfast for our sick grandmother upstairs by ourselves. As for the breakfast, too expensive for what it was offering and the food looked awful and like it was prepared 1-2 days ago. As for the staff, except the evening lady that was extremly friendly and helpful ( unfortunately we didn't get her name), our feedback was that they can at least smile because it doesn't cost a thing.

The parking garage is billable!

Breakfast was told to take place until 1100 AM at the check-in, but was not open 1005 AM anymore. There was still people in the restaurant but we were not allowed to join - as the serving was ended at 1000 AM - only 5 minutes before! Very arrogant and unpolite customer service in all. This kind of places should be just avoided, there are plenty of decent hotels in the area too. Next time elsewhere, that's for sure.

Extremely big & comfortable room. Ideal for business trips. The staff was also super helpful and nice.

Good location for my trip, own parking garage, good breakfast selection, efficient check-in and check-out procedures. The staff was nice and professional. The hotel is very clean!

A bit off the center. Breakfast should have more seasonal fruits and being till 10am everyday instead of 9:30.
