O local possui um bom espaço e para um casal com malas e em viagem fica excelente. Além do quarto há uma pequena sala com armário.
A cozinha não possui utensílios funcionais para cozinhar, apenas há muitos copos, pratos e xícaras.
E o banheiro estava com ralo entupido.

Great location since we had tournament in Arena.
WiFi was good.
Apartments were well equiped with dishes.
Water was very weak or not at all to take a shower.

It is close to Tips Arena and small grocery stores.
The water pressure is low in the morning and we didn’t have hot water because of that. Later on in the day it came back on, but we couldn’t take a shower in the morning. We were on the second floor.

Dirty smelly old building, spider cobwebs, dusty spots,sticky bed covering. Super expansive and extremely late check-in ( 5 p.m.) and too early check-out

The location is nice, 12 minutes walk from Linz main train station and the apartment is in a quick zone, CHECK IN time was terrible, they insist on 5pm in evening, I wish they will can change their CHECK IN time.
I didn't like their CHECK IN time , 5pm is not good, other people do allow their visitors to CHECK IN by 13:00pm or 14:00pm

Nice small apartment with everything you need. Peacefull &clean. Location is Superb. Bus stop, Supermarkets are just few metres by walk. Host Silvia is doing her best to keep the place in best condition for the guests. All in all its what a single traveller needs!

I like that it is clean and the kitchen has everything we need to cook or to have breakfast. There was never a need to contact the host. All things are directed properly for us by mail or message.
Bathroom is very very short. Especially shower was extremely short. Good thing for me is I'm lean and thin, but for a fat guy might have to break the glasses of shower to get inside.
There is no place to keep the toilet paper. There is no place to keep the needed things in the shower also... Price is comparitively high due to following factors:
- location,
- distance from train station
- bathroom facility
