Es scheint, als ob die Booking.com-Kunden immer die schlechtesten Zimmer bekommen. Zur lauten Straße hin, extrem verschmutzte Fenster Der Dusch- und Waschbereich ist nur durch eine Glaswand vom Bett getrennt, Das „Kunstwerk“ hinter dem Bett - zum Alpträume kriegen!

It was expensive and no break fast

Close to city centre and metro station.

It was not clean. Dust everywhere.

I was in Linz taking my eldest son back to Johannes Kepler University accompanied with my youngest son. After dropping him off at the Uni, me and James stayed at the arte Hotel. I stayed before with my wife on a previous trip. It is in a convenient location to the University, the Old Town, and mostly the trams. It is also in a quiet street just off one of the main streets. Easy to walk to the tram . Easy to walk across the bridge to town. The room size was good, price okay. Toilet was separate to the shower - perfect. The shower was not particularly private (!); not an issue with me but was for my son. Hey-ho, we managed. Bed was comfortable.

All was fine with our stay.

Excellent stuff, delicious rich breakfast, they have their own parking which is very convenient. At night it's absolutely silent in the neighborhood. The room itself was stylish and well-equipped.

Nothing that was bad. It might be nice to add some additional staff to the room like kettle, complimentary tea/coffee bags and other small things.

The staff was absolutely lovely, the room was extremely clean. The location was nice just accross from the town centre. The place is very quiet.

The art concept was not evident and the main art piece was missing as far as we think. The bed was not the best we had during our trip. We thought the breakfast at 18€/pp was a bit highly priced when added to the price of the room.
