Close location to AO, easy to access the train and food places.

The room and location were excellent, we stayed during AO and it was a very good commute. Unfortunately for us our stay didn’t start well, we were informed at the check in desk we had booked two rooms, despite me showing 1 booking in my bookings.com account. The lady at reception was polite but had to wait until the gentleman next to her could assist. The grey haired gentleman was very involved with talking to some guest and being extremely helpful to them, when he turned to help her he became rude and abrupt. Again being rude towards us as well. After about 15 mins, this was finally sorted but we got no apology from the gentleman for this time. His tone and condescending sentences like ‘they claim they have only booked one room’ was rude. I did raise this at the time and he apologised to us and his colleague. Poor start!

Accueil agréable et bon service. Très bon petit déjeuner et beaucoup de choix. bon rapport qualité/prix. Très bonne insonorisation de la chambre. Station de tramway juste à quelques pas de l'établissement et une ligne direct pour se rendre en centre ville. Je recommande grandement cet établissement, vous ne pouvez qu'en être satisfait.

Absence de micro-ondes. La vue de la chambre un peu décevante.

Dead flies in room when entered, no fly screen. Cannot adjust temperature. No Wi-Fi. Booked a queen bed room got a standard twin room.

The location was good as we attended a wedding at Leonda, so could walk there.

We thought the car park charge was too steep so had to park in the street.

The air conditioning did not work in the middle of the night. Made the stay very uncomfortable.

Very close to the Leondra wedding reception. Also close to many cool cafes, shops etc. The hotel was modern, clean, new, in a quiet location with lovely views. Overall - would stay here again.

Only thing wrong was ubers/taxis are hard to come by. Also - the TV had power but for some reason was not working. Otherwise overall - very small minor issues but nothing that would keep me from not coming back.

Only problem for the length of stay was no kitchen. Coffee eas very good in the cafe

Everything was super. Very professional and ever smiling staff. We were checked in as soon as we arrived long before advised checking time. The superb buffet style breakfast, the cleanliness, free Wi-Fi. A tram line running by the hotel. Easy access to Melbourne CBD. Situated in a leafy area with amazing views. I could go on and on.

Liked everything about the hotel, however, it is an area where we could not find convenient shops around. We had to walk a distance to get groceries. Not many outside hotel eating options, unless if you walk, get on the tram or hire a bicycle. The hotel has a bicycle hire facility.

Good facilities and clean room

Super noisy next to the road - woke up at 2am with people screaming coming home drunk. If you book here request a room away from the main road, hard to sleep!

No parking available when I arrived and I had chosen it for the location and that it had parking. Was able to get street parking at no cost overnight but this was not convenient for me.

Ideal location for requirements, 24 hour reception for late check in, beautifully appointed room, smart tv with chrome cast.

Parking quite expensive at $42 a night. While the place was overall very clean, the cleaner must have dropped a few hairs.

The Hotel staff were very welcoming,friendly and helpful .The public toilets and hallways were very clean and easy to access from the car park with hand sanitary stations throughout the hotel .The site of the hotel was a 1 km walk from restaurants and across the road from a tram stop .The bed was comfortable, the shower was large with double shower head and supplied shampoo, conditioner and fragrant body wash solution. A coffee machine and kettle for tea was supplied along with bath robes and hand soap .The house keeping staff offered clean towels on the second day .The on site cafe supplied breakfast,dinner and snacks and hot drinks. The hotel also welcomed dogs .Wifi worked well and easily accessible.Parking was avail onsite and easily accessed .The receptionist made coffee on arrival ,at the site cafe, which was hot and delicious.

The shower had a seal problem which allowed a stream of water to spray out the side onto the shower screen and will require maint to fix. The supplied tube of hand solution was nearly empty/used and as a supplied tube it should have been full /new . My cereal at breakfast was stale.The coffee machine in the breakfast cafe had no milk ,descaling was required and it had been like this since our arrival the day before. The coffee machine faults was the reason I ordered a barista latte and it arrived tepid. We were also woken an hour earlier ,than planned, by 2 reception phone calls for other people on the hotel phone.

Very quiet, despite overlooking a major road. Very convenient for my needs.

The TV's remote didn't provide a program guide, nor could I access Netflix. The coffee machine in the dining room was pathetic and produced luke-warm coffee. The breakfast potatoes were under-cooked.

After waiting at an unmanned reception desk, I was greeted by a lady who didn't seem very happy or polite. I showed her digital ID's (passport, driver's licence) and hard copies of bank cards etc but she said I cannot proceed with the booking without hard copies of my passport and licence. She was not at all solution oriented and just gave short abrupt responses. Even upon asking if my friend could make a booking with his licence, she said no. Location is also not the best with nothing close by and I was glad I moved to lanbruk on bridge road instead.

Clean and wonderful , helpful staff. 24 hour access and parking. The pillows where awesome. would highly recommend.

Bed was a little hard for my liking.
