We had the best time. the condo was beautiful. the beach front was stunning you could not get a better view than that. walking distance to everything. No need for a car even though we rented one it was a waste of money. We had a great time at the Marriott Casino. the best food was Restaurant Orozco's. Loved the authentic food. we also ate at various restaurants and the food was great there too. we seen Old San Juan from the ground and a helicopter tour from above it was amazing. Eric provided everything we could have needed and more. From beach towels, chairs, coolers. steps to the beach. We will definitely be back. this will be our new vacation spot. Thank you Eric for hosting us. I'm so glad we found your place to stay it was an amazing time.

This provided everything we needed for our stay in San Juan. We woke up to beautiful views of the ocean every morning. It’s a short walk to a few restaurants, casinos, stores, etc. Eric was very helpful in making us feel welcome and gave helpful recommendations on excursions and restaurants. We hope to go back very soon!

First off the location is incredible. Right on the beach, right in the middle of a lot of things to do. Eric the owner was great. Very responsive to all communication and had everything perfectly laid out for instructions and recommendations. Great price as well. This is the best experience I've ever had on vacation.

The place and location are absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view right on the beach and we were able to walk almost everywhere we went from there. And the apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed, including beach towels and kitchen supplies. Eric made coming and going incredibly seamless, so we were able to just go in when we arrived.

This was the perfect vacation rental. A well appointed studio, right on top of the beach. The unit was clean and the owner was very responsive. Just steps from the beach and numerous bars and restaurants. Not too far from Old San Juan either. Much more affordable than staying in one of the nearby hotels, so a great deal all in all.

Definitely renting this property again. No need of a car, friendliness, prompted to respond, etc etc Super place

this was actually one of the best days I have done in Puerto Rico. a studio apartment I was given, and I was very pleased with the water front view. The owner was very kind and friendly. He also had someone that cleans the room that was very helpful. It felt like a paradise vacation. I am very pleased.

Our stay was just lovely the apartment has everything you could want and need. The view alone is so spectacular and sleeping/waking to the sound of the ocean was unforgettable. We got a chance to meet our gracious host during checkout and he was very nice. We cannot wait to return.

We had an excellent stay at Eric's property. Everything was just as advertised and the beach location really added to a perfect vacation. Great view of the beach from the balcony and the beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels provided really added to the experience and were used quite a bit during our time there. We had all the necessities to make the stay most pleasurable and the housekeeper, Delia was very helpful. Really looking forward to another stay at this property in the future.

This property is extremely beautiful! You have views that are just amazing, the sunsets, sunrises and simply the waves just crashing into the sand. You hear and see it all! This unit is located in a super convenient location. With Walgreens, CVS many different places to eat, Starbucks, etc, within steps of the location. The beach is literally right out the door! The chairs that Eric provided helped so much! There wasn’t an umbrella but there is a chair/umbrella guy that rents them $10 for the umbrella and I believe $7 for the chairs. That umbrella saved our skin! ☺️ The maintenance man on the property extremely friendly as well as other tenants on site. Eric was extremely helpful with explaining the check-in process, there is a lot of keys which can be a little confusing. But overall super secure building, we even had a tenant ask us for proof of our key fob before he let us is, which we thought was great. You definitely are secure! So many different little things that Eric offered such as coolers, speaker, beach towels, it was just beyond exceptional! We would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay again!!! Fantastic hospitality Eric! 🙂🙂 thank you so much!

It was a beautiful view on the beach. We felt very safe in the condo with all of the locks on gates and elevator. Eric was easy to communicate with and gave clear instructions on how to checkin and checkout. We were right by a CVS and Walgreens for groceries and then a ton of restaurants for meals. The condo had plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. We would stay here again for sure!

I sent my clients to the us property and they loved it! They said it was nice, perfect location and they loved how everything was supplied. As for me, the travel agent, the property manager was really responsive and helpful! I will def be adding him to my list of preferred for future clients that travels to PR and don’t want to stay in a hotel!

As our second time here, we enjoyed it that much more. The location is fantastic. The view is stunning. The comfort of the studio is just what you need for a getaway. Can’t wait to go back.

This cozy condo was a perfect place to spend two weeks on the beautiful San Juan beach. It had everything you would need to be comfortable, it was in a great location close to a wide range of restaurants and shops, and more importantly, right on the beach. we woke up every morning to the sun on the sea and went to bed listening to the waves. Eric was very responsive and he on site maintenance man was kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place. Thank you, Eric!

The apartment had a lot of amenities. Stocked well. We had some trouble accessing the property but it was probably user error. We were a little disappointed with the beach due all the seagrass. Also I do wish we had known it is one of the most dangerous beaches. The neighborhood was great. Good food drinks nearby.

Eric was wonderful to rent from. Explicit directions on how to enter the property. Clean, quiet and right on the beach. It was the perfect location prior to going on our cruise. We will be back!

This is a great place to stay. It's so convenient. It's right in the middle of everything. It's easy to get to Old San Juan and lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was wonderful to sit on terrace and look at the ocean...the property is right on the beach. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot!

Eric is an excellent host. We loved the condo, the neighborhood, the beach, and everything about our vacation.

This place was perfect! I've rented my fair share of condos over the years through VRBO and other sites, so I'm used to arriving to slight differences in what was originally advertised, but this property was EXACTLY as Eric said it was, and if anything, it was even better than advertised! Is the water really that color blue? Yes. Is the place really that clean and pretty? Yes. Was the unit stocked with everything we needed aside from basic food from the local store? Yes. It was exactly what we needed, and we are so grateful to the condo owner, Eric, for supplying everything so well. I didn't even worry we'd run out of the basics like toilet paper and soap. That may seem like a small detail, but when you're in a unit far from home for the better part of a week or more, you want to be relaxed, especially while on vacation. The card key and keys system was so much easier than I thought it would be too, and having the beach chairs--cleverly stored just outside the condo so you don't bring any sand in--was great! The street itself and the neighborhood are extremely relaxed and safe, zero worries whatsoever, and tons of restaurants and shops everywhere nearby. Honestly, future renter, trust me. This place is the real deal! Eric was always a text or quick message away too if you have questions. We loved it! You'll love it!

Although I rented a car, there are lots to do in the immediate area. Daytime activities and great nightlife ones. The local public transit is less than a block away, Walgreens and CVS are fully stocked on the corner, the neighborhood was typical of a tourist resort area but you feel secure. The host has the propery fully furnished with all the essentials to make the stay stress-free, lol, I took that red cooler out daily! Whether you get up early and enjoy a stroll on the beach or relax on the balcony with a beverage overlooking it, you will enjoy this place!

Eric is probably one of the best hosts of all the VRBO properties in which we have stayed. The property was excellent, clean, right on the beach. I can't say enough good things about our stay. Absolutely PERFECT!
