Bit hard to find for oversea traveler but it ends up one of my life memories. With all the kindness help from the staffs (helped me all the way since 2months before the checkin date). I proposed to my partner. Really respect and appreciate to the people I met from the hotel🎊🙏

Amazing location with a wonderful view of Gwangalli beach. Had a room upgrade thanks to Booking.com which was totally worth it because of the view. The suite itself was fantastic - very large, warm and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
It's a walk from Gwangan station, but otherwise fine!

Great quality stay in Busan at a very affordable price. Proximity to beach and nearby centre was very convenient.

The manager on duty was very kind and polite and she had excellent communication skills. The floor is heated.
One day i was looking for the water. It was put in the refrigerator not on the desk. I went out and bought some and found it later

It was great to see a part of the sea shore, and such a peaceful and clean room!
On the TV instruction paper in the room I stayed, there were some dried eye contact lenses and it was really gross… :(

Location on Gwangali beach with lots of amenities nearby.
To start with, it is a not a single hotel, but rather two floors in a building where there are many other hotels and some medical center as well - it was very difficult to find it, we spent a lot of time on it.
Room was in a really bad shape compared to the photos (I had to report this to booking.com team): there was leaking water in WC (they refused to change rooms, took time to fix it); lots of dust everywhere (it looked like the room was not thoroughly cleaned for a very long while), water stains in the ceiling close to windows; bathroom was not clean at all - mold at the shower cabin, glass was not properly cleaned, lots of stains. Overall looks like they are intensively saving on cleaning or something, I don't know.
To top it all, there was issue with one of the two lifts - it was in such a bad and dirty shape.

Everything was perfect! Room itself was excellent, the view extraordinary and even the space of the room was exceeding our expectations. Room was cleaned every day, which was amazing and we’re really grateful for the client service we received.

Comfy, cozy and room size was enough for 3 adults. Location was great, staffs were nice.

The surroundings was very lively and right opposite the beach. And there’s a convenient store in the same building so great if you’re looking for some snacks to have in your room.
It was a bit difficult to find especially if you’re not familiar with the place because there’s only a side entrance. And there is H Avenue Hotel chain next to the building, so it made it confusing
