Fabulous location and spacious apartment, beautifully appointed, could have stayed for weeks!

Breakfast was very well prepared and served. It is not an open buffet. Was high quality food and service. Facility has a nice gym called CaveGym. Nice old money case of ex-Bank of Scotland. Staff was also very kind. The front desk team was very nice and helpfull. They helped in every possible need. Congartulation to the team and management. Was worth every peny. No need to search any other alternative. Location was just perfect. We will definitely visit again.

I had a tidy, compact apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a super convenient location. Waverly is a block away and the tram is right outside the door. The apartment’s inclusion of a clothes washer/dryer was especially appreciated. Super comfy bed, great shower, nice toiletries. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly and went out of their way to meet my needs.

Pricey, but you get what you pay for.

As always, the staff on reception are the friendliest, most helpful and professional team. In particular Paul and Micheal made arrangements prior to and during our stay which just enhanced an already fantastic trip. The lady on reception (sorry, I forgot your name) also showed caring and wonderful customer service. Our room this time was well appointed, roomy and had everything you would need - in comparison to other apartments we have been in I found the living room slightly dark, however , as we were there during a particularly hot weekend this may have actually been a good thing!

My only suggestion would be an additional bin/trash bag - as the bin under the sink doesn't hold that much. Although housekeeping do a wonderful job every day. 👏
