Ved spørsmål om dette ble det svart at ja den var i uorden. Den virket ikke ! Senere ble det sendt krav om parkerings-
betaling. Makan til utspekulert business !

Det er ok plassert iforhold til videre reise med Kielfergen.
Hadde bestilt hotellrom til feil dato, og fikk ikke dette refundert, men måtte bestille nytt rom til ny pris. Litt surt, og veldig fort gjort!

Check in hızlıydı, sonrasında resepsiyondaki hanım hoteldeki sorunları çözmekte yetersizdi,
1. odada safe box çalışmadı bozuktu bana yanlış düğmeye basmışsınızdır dedi yüzlerce kez otellerde kaldım ve nasıl olması gerektiğini çok çok iyi biliyorum bunu bana söyleme dedim, aşağıda safe box istedim ama sonra vazgeçtim çünkü güvenemedim.
2. Sabah kahvaltısı personel yetersiz ve masalar pisti temizlenmesini rica ettiğimizde ters bir şekilde beklememiz gerektiği söylendi.
3.Maalesef bazı hoteller booking.com dan gelen rezervasyonlara ilgisizler o zaman hiç boş odalarınız booking.com da değerlendirmeyin lütfen, bize koridorun en sonundaki odalardan birini verdiler 600 km motosiklet kullandıktan sonra eşyalarımızı taşımak büyük sorun oldu.
Resepsiyonda checkin yaptığımız hanımefendiyi hiç yardımcı olmadığı için tasvip etmiyorum, ama bu sabah checkout yaptığımız hanımefendi gerek check out da gerek şehre ulaşımla ilgili bizlere çok yardımcı oldu kendisine çok teşekkür ediyoruz

Löget, bra parkering,nära till kommunal transport, rum o övriga lokaler. Bra frukost .trevlig o hjälpsam petsonal framför allt manliga praktikanten i receptionen som hade sin första dag. Hockeykille extremt hjälpsam serviceminded rött inställning till jobbet o gäster.samma frukost dagen efter. Kom ihåg vid hade behövt extra hjölp dagen innan och frågade om allt fungerat bra -fortsätt så -så går du långt
Saknades duschpall (vanlig enkel plastpall bafrum fr ikea tillräckligt) vid bokning av rum för rullstol
Löstes bra av personalen. Vi bad inte om det vid bokning så delvis vårt fel m brukar finnas i badrum

The man who checked us in was very friendly and the bed was comfy and the room Clean.
When we asked about our reservation at 1 o clock the Woman at the reception was really unpleasant. Never felt so unwelcome at a first Impression. Didnt even let me finish my question before interrupting harshly.
Also blocked Windows because of construction? Should be a price reduction for that, cant even Look outside from my room.

Location, parking facilities, the room upgrade, welcome drink and cookies. Parking: The 50% reduced fee ended up being free of charge because of malfunctioning
Due to road construction it was confusing to reach the hotel. The alternative route presented by Waze was via a cycling road!
The back of the hotel was being renovated.
