Proximity to the airport

It was dumpy and noisy. I wanted to turn on the air conditioner around 10pm and the batteries were dead.

TV didn't work..milk in fridge frozen...no body wash in container in shower....plus being unit was clean

access to room a little delayed as no contact with staff. needed to phone for room codes. No lifts to upper levels, so don’t take big bags up to your room, if you aren’t strong.

It was some what dirty and in a very loud location. Definitely could’ve used a more thorough clean and extra towels, toilet paper and pillows.

Ordered late check out as I had worked half the night paid fifty dollars and three times housekeeping knocked on the door to wake me up not impressed called the reception they said they would let them know but on the theee occasions I had let them know

The door to the balcony did not lock and made it very uncomfortable to spend the night alone

Was fine apart form the door not locking

Staff who I spoke to on the phone, the professional level of her service I would say 2 out of 10.

LIGHTING IN SHOWER STEP FROM ROOM TO BATHROOM COULD CAUSE FALL WE HAD PROBLEM WITH TV WHICH WE REPORTED

Rooms were clean and practical. Good sized bathroom.

Renovations done recently are adequate but without proper finishing which distracts from the overall presentation of the hotel. Hot water took a long time to reach the top floor, unsure if this is the case on other levels. Stairs only-no lift.

Location was great. Lots of specialty food outlets nearby. Bed was comfortable.

Check in was terrible. No reception but we were aware this may be the case. No phone available to contact them. Pool was out of order and the room was very average. Very dated.

The pool alt like sewage and lingered through the building very old looks nothing like it’s pictures no shower screen water goes everywhere internet didn’t work

The room was reasonably clean, easy to check into 24 hours. Facilities were generally in line with what you expect at the price point. Parking was good, always plenty of spaces available.

The shower in the room was terrible. The hot water was so hot I got burnt just from the steam that was coming off it. Didn't even touch the water! The tap was not functional. Either got all hot or all cold water, there was no way to have a warm shower. Shower was tiny and drain so small it didn't work. Pooled water through the whole bathroom every time I had a shower. I called the police because of some serious domestic violence in the room next door. Not a pleasant experience at all.

The smell of the room was like nothing experienced. The room smelt that bad my family of 4 checked out at 3am due to not being able to sleep.

We never saw any staff during our 2 day stay. When we arrived late after a delayed flight,we discovered we hadn't received the text that gave us an entry code. Thankfully 2 helpful guests came to our rescue & rang the number on the door so we could get into our room after a long tiring day.

No interaction with staff. The bathroom floor was so dirty the bottom of my feet were black.

it was a fight upstairs (woman and man) We called the allagio phone number, no one reply it. I couldn't sleep. The police arrived an hour late. Small shower, pretty dirty

I did not like anything about the place will be telling people not to stay there
