The staff were excellent and helpful. The breakfast team were always bright and welcoming!

Rooms were a little small but functional.

Hôtel plutôt bien placé à côté de la gare Paddington,, propre , le personnel est très gentil , nous avons était satisfait du déjeuner également .

Hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Ei mitään ylimääräistä. Kun kaipaat paikan, jossa nukkua ja säilyttää tavaroita, tämä on hyvä paikka. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

L'emplacement idéal avec proximité des transports en commun et de la gare de Paddington. Situé dans un quartier calme. Café et thé à disposition dans la chambre.

Le buffet du petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré, avec par exemple des viennoiseries.

Situation géographique au top ! Chambre suffisamment grande pour 4 et petit déjeuner raisonnable et copieux avec un personnel toujours très chaleureux ! Rapport qualité prix impeccable

Petit bémol sur le café (soluble uniquement) et l insonorisation des fenêtres (mais largement supportable car côté calme)

L’emplacement se trouve proche de tout, gare bus, taxi, nous sommes à 10 min à pied du grand parc et à 40 min à pied de Oxford street. Le petit déjeuner est simple et copieux. Les lit sont comfortable, la moquette est pratique quand vous venez en période froide.

Los colchones (se clavan los muelles y se hundían en los lados) El ascensor estuvo desde el sábado hasta el lunes (que nosotros nos fuimos) sin funcionar. El buffet de desayuno era café, tostadas y desayuno inglés.

Amazing location and rooms were clean and private. Most of the staff were great and the luggage storage was super helpful as I arrived really early and couldn't check in. The included breakfast makes this good value for money.

Parking was a slight issue and the member of staff who I spoke to about parking was quite rude but the rest of the staff I encountered were lovely and helpful.

Very nicely situated on Sussex Gardens, close to Paddington Station, a well looked after hotel, very clean, well refreshed, very comfortable, with a nice bathroom and good quality towels, endowed with a fan as well, was a pleasant place to come back to after a walk in town or dinner in the many restaurants available nearby..

Staff friendly and helpful . Luggage could be held after check out in order to enjoy the last day, until a late train home. Has ironing facility which was great.

The Full English Breakfast could have been better..as fried eggs sausage and beans isn't a full English without bacon and tomato etc. We( my friend and I ) had a family room, but very little wardrobe space. If 3 people were staying there is no way they would cope.

Tiny room but spotlessly clean, fresh bedding and fluffy white towels. Short walk from Paddington Station.

Mattress literally sank in the middle, spot light on mirror didn't work neither did the extractor fan in the bathroom. Hotel was very noisy right up till about 2.30am. English breakfast was vile, a plate swimming in beans, one cheap sausage and two fried eggs.

Great Location, friendly staff

breakfast was disappointing. just toast and instant coffee - boiled egg and a slice of cheese were the highlight. no yogurt no fresh fruits nothing. we had a room towards the street, which was very loud since it was hot and we had to leave the window open. Also you can hear everything from the room beside you and the one above you.

Breakfast rubbish just eggs and toast complete con advertised as breakfast but nothing accept cereal and toast never been anywhere that didn’t have an English breakfast very disappointing as that was never explained in the write up

Good breakfast ,clean and good location.

Good location, 20min walk from Hyde Park and Madame Tussauds, 30mins to regent street/Oxford Street. 5mins to nearest tube. Plenty of local restaurants, bars, supermarkets. For a small boutique hotel it's got everything you need, comfortable place to sleep, shower and grab a quick bite before heading out in the morning. Breakfast is just basics but will get you by, toast, porridge, hard boiled egg, selection of cereals, juice, tea coffee, jams, biscuits and cheese. Decent price for a comfortable hotel base in Central location.

TV acted up, most of the channels lost signal and those that didn't went in and out sometimes. Didn't bother us as we were out and about mostly but wouldn't be great for kids.
