I had suffered a injury before I got to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and even changed my room so I didn’t need to climb any stairs. They were so helpful and friendly. So much so that we will now stay at the Leonard each time we go to London

I cannot think of anything really. But maybe the only thing would be to have a walk in Shower.

Fantastic location and staff. The suite was great and comfortable, with a small kitchen. The location is excellent, being very close to Marble Arch, Oxford St and Hyde Park.

Being an old building, sound isolation between floors isn’t the best, often you could hear footsteps from above. Most of the time it was fine, but one night the guests above our room were noisy in the early hours. To be fair, it didn’t spoil our stay.

Good sized clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed and attentive, friendly staff . Nice hotel with lots of charm for a central London hotel. Nice to have a couple of wine in the room too.

The TV didn't work on arrival- staff sorted it but in the morning again did not work.

Location is great, just a very short walk to Marble Arch tube station. Staff is friendly.

Room was very small and in my opinion, overpriced. It was also right by the elevator, which made it noisier.

The location

This was my 3rd time here in the last 10 years but the first time since 2018 and there was a marked change in the quality of the accommodation. The landlord really needs to spend money to give the property an upgrade. The entire facility is very aged and out dated. Things are ancient and broken. We had a grand suite for a cost of £650 per night yet the bathroom mirror was broken, furniture squeaky and aged, carpets very tardy. Furthermore the footsteps of people upstairs walking is very noisy in the room. £650 per night is a lot of money and the space we got was brilliant, location perfect but the property seriously needs a renovation. I would happily stay here again if I know it’s been renovated otherwise I would find something else.

The Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was prime.

Nice and quite stay just behind the vibrant Oxford street. Very close to Hyde Park and Oxford street with all the shopping places and restaurants. Underground and lots of buses around the corner. Very nice stuffs and clean rooms. We booked a suit with 2 rooms, for 3 adults. The continental breakfast that we had it was very delicious. We will love to stay here again!

I have been staying at this hotel many times. Great location, next to the metro. Great staff. I like the size of the room, the interior, cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the presence in the bathroom of not only shampoo, but also air conditioning (shower gel and body lotion too), iron, hair dryer, kettle, refrigerator, wardrobe, small desk, adjustable air conditioning, two bottles of water daily.

On the first floor, where I lived, Wi-Fi practically did not work. Inconvenient location of sockets. The windows did not open, but they say that for security reasons.
