everything was good, I will turn back at this hotel

Excellent location in the town of Auckland!! The hotel is in the heart of a shopping center with various food and restaurants. The staff were friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort.

The bed was a bit disappointing. They combined two double beds to make a big bed, which was uncomfortable at the center. It affected the quality of sleep.

Great location

Staff were in helpful when asked why the room has a 5 guest maximum occupancy and we booked for 5 that there weee only 2 beds (both doubles). They said it was because we didn’t request the roll our bed for $55! The restaurant was closed. The only thing was room service. There was a breakfast discount at a coffee club, which wasn’t explained only knew because of a poster in the elevator. We didn’t go because we didn’t know where it was until we left and there is a back entrance about 2 doors away.
