Staff was very nice and helpful especially the two ladies in the reception, i forgot her name. Very polite and accomodating. The area is so quite, nice for people
who wants peace and serenity. Our room has the view of the mountains. Very quite at night. Place is 15-20mins walk from
the basicilica and food places. Accessible to the transport bus going to Aeroport Tarbes.
I hope they change their sheets in the bedroom specifically the orange throw blanket. Looks too old, hard and uncomfortable. But since we are mostly tired of the
walking around town we managed to sleep well. Pillows are soft, nice pillow case. The light in the bedside table when open will become very hot. It will trigger the room to become hot as well, and so we did open the door of the room to balcony to have fresh air. The room I had book does not offer a kettle or tea services hence I always go downstairs to get fresh hot water in the bar downstairs as we like to have tea and coffee every time. Just ask the lady in reception for hot water and they will provide you. Overall it’s a good experience. Just the blanket and the light maybe needs to be change cause in our room the light has burnt marks already. Its a risk for safety because it’s literally above your head. Thanks guys.

Helpfulness and friendliness of staff was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. A very early breakfast was easily provided when requested. Hotel in general was great and value for money.
I meant to tell reception the light and fan in bathroom was not working but this was a minor point. Also a bell needed in car park as we got locked in.

Parking for motorcycles under cover and good value. Nice room for 3 with ample. Space for motorcycle gear.
Shower curtain poorly positioned and if not careful would leak onto floor.

The hotel is well situated with just a pleasant 5 minute riverside walk to get to the middle of Lourdes and about 15 minutes walk to reach the basilicas. Parking in a secured covered car park was very convenient. Rooms were comfortable and air conditioning, much needed when the outside temperature was 36 degrees, was very effective.
Breakfast, centred on croissants and bread, was a little limited, though there were some buffet options. The machine coffee was quite poor. Excellent coffee could be obtained along the road at the cycle café.

Eating in the dinning room was reasonably priced and wholesome food.
Spacious private car park was useful.
It was a 15 minute walk to the holy sites past all the gaudy souvenir shops. (which might be a positive feature for some!)

Very friendly staff. Personalised service and care. Large bedroom with great view on the mountain. Location slightly away from the Shrine and so from the noise. Really great food.
Air conditioning noisy. Breakfast quite light. Toiletries not refreshed during the stay.

The overall stay was OK but the hotel is old and there are few things that they should improve.
The staff is nice and speaks English.
Location is 10min by foot from the old town and there is a big parking in front which is free.
Well located to visit spots around: 1h from Gavarnie and lac de Gaube, and 1h-1h 30 from pic du Midi.
- Wifi: in the 3d floor is very POOR.
- Plugs: just few in the room, none next to the bed. When charging the phone, we needed to stand in the bathroom or sit in the table below the TV.
- Bathroom: the ventilation device in the sealing didnt work and made some noise (like a tinitus). The hanger of the shower was broken.
Using a plastic courtain in the shower is not very higienic (specially in covid times). I would recommend to replace it by a glass/plastic door.
- Bed/pillow: not confy at all. Too soft, sagging.
- Courtains: too small and don't cover enough. We had to attach it too the balcony door.
- Breakfast: a bit poor. The coffee quite bad/tasteless and would expect better cheese quality being France!

Best value for money. Perfect location with 400 free parking lot just on the other side of the street. All other places in walking distance of 10-15 minutes.
