It’s very central, with a very good breakfast. Wonderful, friendly staff.

Our room was very small, with a poor view as we were on the back side, although the room details said “room with mountain view”. We were only there for one night so we did not ask about this.

Location was more than perfect! very nice and helpful staff, private parking, good breakfast. Rooms small but clean.

Some of the staff, especially the young miss at the front desk was abrasive and was not quick to assist you. I paid for the eggs for breakfast and it was burnt.

The hotel is not too far from the sanctuary.

Excellent location! Beautiful view with outside seating area. My grandson and I walked everywhere!! Staff offered suggestions to ensure that we didn't miss anything. While we didn't speak French there was staff that spoke English and we never felt there was any language barrier. Staff was always warm and welcoming anytime we stepped into the lobby. Room was a twin room that was simple, clean and comfortable. No frills but was a great value for the money.

The hotel sits up on a hill providing a beautiful view which we loved. Our private transportation could not make the turn to take us up the hill. It wasn't an issue for me and my grandson but if you have walking difficulties and your private transportation can't make it up the hill that would be a problem. The hotel was very upset the driver didn't come up to pick us up so it may have been a driver issue.

Perfect location for the grotto and centre of the town. very clean and excellent shower in the room. Very comfortable bed and a total blackout shutter on the window.

Really struggling to find a negative but there is a bit of an incline walking to the entrance which could be challenging for older people with mobility issues. my mum is 79 though and she was fine with it.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and we had some lovely chats with my limited French! It was simple, clean and just what I needed for a few nights’ stay. The location was the best aspect, just a few minutes walk from the sanctuary. And at such a good cost. Will definitely book again when I return to Lourdes.

The staff was kind and helpful when we didn't find the ramp to the hotel parking. They came outside to help us. The location was great for visiting Lourdes, but you need to expect hills and be able to walk these. Really nice of them to let us leave the car beyond check out time (10 am). We were allowed to stay until 12 noon because they were expecting many guests the next day.

The room was tiny, and from the past century. No AC, no fly screens. You could only get to the closet if you moved the bed. The shower was small and just as dated. Check out was at 10 am, but we were allowed to stay in the free parking until 12 noon.

Breakfast was good, better than expected. Location was good. Staff very friendly.

View from room not great but it was the cheapest option, so OK with that.
