The location is perfect, just a few mins walk to the sanctuary of our lady of lourdes and about 12 mins walk from the train station. Airport is also not so far. Loved the view from my window, I could see mountains, stream and the Church from my windows. The hotel was very quite and peaceful. The staff at the reception was very polite and cooperative. It was very easy to communicate with the guy at the reception as he understood English and was fluent as well. He was very helpful. I recommend this place to stay if you visit lourdes. I will definately book my stay here again on my next visit.

The location could not have been better, it was just about 5 mins walk from the Sanctuary. The room was clean and comfortable, and warm. We didn't go to the resturant for breakfast, but had breakfast down in the snack bar.

We went to the resturant once for dinner and was disappointed with the food. I got the steak and it was nearly all fat, and the food was not hot.

Loved that it was so close to the Basilica, just about 5 minutes walk. The mini cafeteria at the hotel is open 24x7 even after midnight, so it is very convenient. Very friendly staff. Smooth checkin/checkout process.

This is an absolutely great location. The view from our room was spectacular with a view of the river, mountains, and Basilica. The location is great at river level with easy walk to the Basilica and the homesites of Bernadette. You are in the heart of everything, so of course there are many options for restaurants and shopping. There was secure parking on site for a fee. You are going to want to park and walk during your stay. There was a very good breakfast for a fee. Our family will look to stay here again if we are blessed to return to Lourdes again.
