The staff was kind

The room was terrible. I paid a high price because I was in town for a conference, but I didn’t realize how bad the quality would be compared to the cost. Literal holes in the sheets, mold in bathroom, towels like bath mats, stained couch and carpet. I tried to move hotels but apparently it was non refundable so I was trapped there. I would only stay here if the price was cheap and you are trying to save money. I saw a woman in 2021 say similar things and still no changes. So beware folks. I asked for a slightly lower cost and they wouldn’t cooperate.

Hotel moderno, habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y modernas. Cama cómoda. Atención excelente del personal. Desayuno muy variado y de buena calidad. Relación calidad-precio excelente.

Ubicación, está algo lejos del centro, hay que coger transporte público o taxi continuamente.

I stayed at the fourth floor in a NON smoking room. On the 4th floor, from the lifts to my room, there was an intense smell of cigarettes. Also at the bar downstairs, it seems that it is allowed to smoke (I think this is still accepted in Dubai)?

La struttura di per se’ è piacevole e si trova in un’ottima posizione. L’hotel è semplice con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Buona e varia la colazione. Staff gentile

La moquette della stanza era tutta macchiata e dava un senso di sporcizia e trasandatezza. Il piatto doccia è da rivedere: vecchio e segnato. Lo scarico del water funziona a fatica. La testiera del letto cigolava. Il tutto è un po’ datato e andrebbe rivisto.

I really liked the location of the hotel very much, all the main attractions were really close to us. I would also like to add that the place was really quiet which I prefer. I also really liked the staff, they were really friendly and lastly the food was great.

there is a bar at the ground floor which a bit might disturb ur sleep.no sandal in the shower

I had an awesome welcome at the Hotel, and I very much liked the lobby area, colorful and filled with nice aroma. I was on a business trip and was staying a twin bed room, well maintained and had daily house keeping services. They have poor breakfast and not tasty at all. I'm sorry but that's a fact. Cleaning service sometimes makes mistakes (to forget to change towel or to forget to clean at all).
