Such a beautifully designed hotel, this was amazing to stay at! Beautiful pool, spa and facilities. The best hotel we have ever been to!

Small thing but there were a lot of pigeons, particularly on a window ledge outside my room which was a bit annoying as they kept waking me up. Also understand I had booked a ‘partial desert view’ room but you really couldn’t see any of the desert, only palm trees. Also understand this is a cultural difference, but as a woman coming from London I found it a bit strange when the service staff only ever spoke to my boyfriend first, and always gave him the bills to sign.

スタッフの方がみな親切でフレンドリーで感じが良く、さすが5つ星ホテルだなと感心しました。 ボディソープ等のアメニティの香りがとても良かった。高貴な香りがして、後からほのかにヒノキのようなウッディな香りもして、旅の疲れが癒された。大変気に入ったので、帰りにホテル内のショップで同じ香りの石鹸とコンディショナーを買いました。

今回、宿泊料金に夕食と朝食が含まれたプランで、追加料金なしと指定されたレストランで夕食をしたのだが、食後、レストランのスタッフに料金を別途請求された。支払わなくて良いと聞いていると伝えたら、大変驚いた様子で、「マネージャーに確認する」と言ってかなり待たされた。結局食事料金は支払わなくて済んだが、その場の雰囲気が悪くなり、とても不安で居心地が悪くなってしまった。 私は英語が苦手なので、自分の宿泊プランの内容を聞き間違い勘違いしていたのかと心配になり、フロントのスタッフの方に自分の予約内容を再度確認しに行ったところ、やはり「食事代金はレストランで払わなくていいですよ。サインだけすれば良いですよ」と説明していただき、そこでようやく安心した。 レストランの食事は本当に美味しく、スタッフの方も皆感じが良かっただけに、なんだか残念に思いました。 あと、何度か部屋のドアをノックされ、男性スタッフの方がドアの外で何か早口で言っていたが、何を言っているのかわからず、ちょっと怖かった。

A quiet secluded location in the desert only 45 minutes from the centre of Dubai.

Beautiful hotel with good food and drinks. Staff are alwasy kins and supportive and the new spa is really lovely to take some time to relax in the steamroom and sauna. The gym is excellent

Very authentic, picturesque, and clean.

Very quiet for this time of year and certain areas of the hotel were closed such as the restaurants.

Moderne, neue Anlage. Barrierefrei. Sauber. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Schönes gemütliches Zimmer. Auswahl an Essen ist gut.

Laute Geräuschkulisse am Pool (Musik, durchgehend laufende Dusche und brausen im Pool). Flair der Wüste nicht vorhanden, die Anlage könnte auch wo anders so stehen. Am Pool wurden wir leider nicht bedient. Cocktails waren nicht wirklich gut. Nicht alle Stationen im Restaurant am Buffet sind besetzt, sodass man nicht alles an Gerichten bekommt was eigentlich zur Auswahl steht.
