The location is excellent. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Good breakfast.

Laundry baskets should be dealt with at a later time not early in the morning due to the noise while still sleeping. Needs some furniture refurbishment.

A localização do hotel te deixa realmente ao lado da principal área de Veneza que é a Praça São Marcos. De lá é facil pegar o Vaporeto para a estação de trem, para Murano e para fazer os famosos passeios de Gôndola. O atendimento foi muito bom. O café da manha é excelente e a climatização até nos corredores é diferenciada. Ah, fica também a poucos metros do HardRock.

A internet era sofrível no quarto que ficamos, por vezes tentamos fazer vídeo chamada com a família e não conseguimos. Tivemos inclusive durante a estadia quedas de energia que nos forçaram a subir para os quartos de escada, algo que ainda que não seja uma deficiência do hotel em si pesa na escolha entre ficar no centro ou em Mestre.

The building is very, very old - inside.... The door is not secured, noisy.

Location, And in general it was good. I think next time in Venedig I might book the same hotel provided that that the internet connection will be available already from the first day of the stay.

Unfortunately the internet was not working at least first 3,5 days (out of 5 days) and I was getting answers like a technician is working on it or that the stuff cannot do more as it is working for others. Finally one nice girl at the reception helped with fixing it. Unfortunately , I don't remember her name. But want to say thank you to her again. Breakfast could be bit divers - we had the same menu every day.
