Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral! Man ist schnell an der U-Bahn oder in der Innenstadt.

Leider haben wir uns für ein fünf Sterne Hotel etwas mehr versprochen. Unser Zimmer war schon sehr verwohnt und im Badezimmer ging der Föhn nicht. Eine Steckdose für EU-Stecker gab es auch nicht. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass es normal sei, dass man bei dem Föhn dauerhaft auf den Knopf drücken muss, sonst geht der Föhn aus. Wer drückt bitte schön, permanent auf einen Knop beim Föhn????? Das Bett sowie die Handtücher im Bad werden nur alle drei Tage gewechselt. (Bei Nachfrage, wurden uns neue Handtücher gebracht!) Es gab leider nicht‘s liebevolles in diesem Hotel!!!!! Da wir schon sehr oft in Istanbul unseren Urlaub verbracht haben, waren wir echt von diesem Hotel sehr enttäuscht. Selbst in einem 3 oder 4 Sterne Hotel wurden wir besser und freundlicher behandelt. Das Preis - Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier leider nicht!!!! Erwähnenswert ist die Lounge, das Essen und auch die Bedienung war hier ausgezeichnet gut. Nur leider, ab 20:00Uhr gab es keinen Alkohol oder kein Essen mehr.

Отличное расположение отеля, практически в самом центре города. Небольшая но очень уютная внутренняя закрытая территория отеля с хорошим открытым бассейном. Хорошие просторные номера. Профессиональный и дружелюбный персонал всего отеля. Хорошая шумоизоляция номеров. Служба безопасности на входе в отель.

Не понравилось приготовление пищи, заказывали блюда в обед в баре у бассейна и на ужин в ресторане на улице. Не очень вкусно. Но это не так важно, в городе полно отличных ресторанов. Не понравилось то,что ни одна из карт различных российских банков, юнион пэй, не проходила в отеле в счет оплаты номеров. При том, что данные карты принимали к оплате практически во всех магазинах Стамбула и в отелях расположенных рядом.

However, the hotel is already getting old and could use a renovation in some places

*The hotel generally has a great outdoor area, but... ...weddings sometimes take place on weekends, which means there is limited use of the pool area. ...the cleanliness of the pool sometimes leaves a lot to be desired. -Although there actually seems to be enough staff, hardly anyone took care of used glasses, plastic waste or plates in the pool area during our stay. Improvements could be made relatively quickly here.

Location is good close to Taksim and subway. Staff are so kindly and friendly.

The quality of Breakfast is not good, e.g. kinds of foods. In addiction, coffee machines are unstable and some troubles during 3 days.

Breakfast was exceptional, impressed with the variety of food on offer. Highlight was the juice ‘shots’, the gozleme, service, and mezzanine setting.

Very close to taksim, niśintaśi and sisli. friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I highly recommend and would stay there in my next visit to Istanbul.

The pool staff were not very professional and the food quality in the pool was not that good
