Rooms are a bit tired,curtain has holes in them from old age.

Thr room was disgusting filthy and stank of pee we didn't end up sleeping there we went elsewhere

Crisp clean sheets, very comfortable bed, nice thick curtains, clean bathroom, nice mood lighting options, very helpful and friendly staff including domiciliary staff, easy close-by free parking, coffee (Costa or Starbucks not sure which) right outside, food outlets next door but expensive, quiet room despite being a motel, nice warm cosy room, ironing board and iron available and fan if it gets too hot, feels secure with CCTV.

Room was generally quiet but was near fire door in outside corridor which banged shut when new arrivals were going to their rooms through the night. Could do with a rubber strip or draft excluding sponge strip to dampen the door closing against the frame. Otherwise very peaceful and comfortable room and stay.

good value for money

paid extra for late check out (after working a night shift) but had staff repeatedly banging on the door from 11:00am saying I needed to leave. I spoke with the member of staff at reception explaining the situation and that I wasn't very impressed but can't say she was very apologetic.

spacious room . £41 for a night which was much less than others. location requires a car as it’s motorway services & ex travel lodge . night staff was fine Snd friendly .

A lift - or the option of a ground floor room. More plug sockets in the room, nearer the bed for charging gadgets.

The beds But to be fare there was a delivery from silent night when we were leaving so this looks like it's being addressed

Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for £30 a night. Was only staying on the night had everything I needed

The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. The room was nice and warm, with a lovely garden view

The sofa bed was a little shabby and needs changing - the stay would have been perfect if it wasn't for this. I couldn't bring myself to sit on it
