Pokój czysty i o dużej powierzchni, co jest ogromnym atutem. Łazienka stylowa co mnie bardzo urzekło. Obsługa personelu bardzo pomocna, a lokalizacja samego hotelu idealna. Blisko do sklepu, blisko do przystanku autobusowego.

Brak kaloryfera w łazience, po kąpieli było mi bardzo zimno :( innych minusów tego miejsca nie znalazłam.

The accommodation was fantastic; it provided all the essential amenities we required. The staff were welcoming and friendly, contributing to a positive experience. Additionally, its proximity to Ealing Broadway station, approximately a 10-minute walk away, added to the convenience of our stay.

Although the water pressure in the shower was slightly low, it didn't pose a major inconvenience. I wanna add that during a night stroll on a nearby street, a man approached my partner and me, unsettlingly asking for money. Fortunately, he walked away when we declined, but it's worth noting for anyone concerned about the overall safety of the area.

Breakfast there was none left the 1st morning so very bad form breakfast staff very lazy and had attitude .. reception staff were very good and helpful and alert ..

Very clean and tidy. Modern bathroom. Really good location. Handy breakfast. We arrived late so called to let the staff know - It wasn’t a problem at all. Overall we were really happy with our stay.

The shower was hot but not very powerful so you have to stand under it for ages and eventually you get cold. The fold out couch bed was majorly uncomfortable!

About my 4th or 5th time staying here overnight, room is clean and comfortable and has a kettle, teabags and milk (always a winner for me). Staff very friendly and nice, everything efficient and works well. What more could you want on a short stopover! I‘ll be back.

Fomos atendidos por várias pessoas e todas nos receberam com um sorriso no rosto e mesmo não falando o idioma do país, todos foram muito atenciosos. Excelente equipe de trabalho. Quando retornarmos a Londres, com certeza optaremos por este hotel.

Slechte voorzieningen op de kamer: kussens te dik en geen anderen te krijgen. Geen goede spiegel op de kamer

Goed hotel, schone en ruime kamer. Locatie was goed bus stopt voor de deur en metro is 10minuutjes lopen. Mooi centrum met leuke winkels en restaurants.

Het receptie/bar personeel was niet erg gastvrij en vriendelijk.

Hotel nuevo, moderno, cuidado, nos atendieron para todas las peticiones que tuvimos. El desayuno completo y rico: buen pan, zumos, yogures naturales, etc... Tuvimos un percance y aunque no pudieron ofrecernos habitación una noche más nos facilitaron el contacto de otro lugar.

El primer día no nos hicieron la habitación, quizá porque no pusimos el cartel para ello en la puerta. El bocadillo de bacon que nos pusieron era bastante malo.

Looks modern at first sight but it’s a bit worn out- It could use a renovation. Breakfast was very poor and stale most of the days of our stay. The area is nice, but unfortunately far from the city center and most airports.

I didn't have breakfast as it was all carbohydrate high sugar processed food. Reception staff were professional pleasant and approachable please keep my name annyomous.

Room lighting poor. Bed was too soft and I sustained significant lower back pain.

The reception was a person on a laptop sitting by the bar. There was no sign to say reception, I walked past then twice, they saw me and looked right through me. The room was very dark, even with all the lights on .There was no loop system to support my disability!

Very conveniently placed for what I needed in Ealing.

A little dark inside and building works around means there was lots of scaffolding. Views from windows are non existent.

The staff were amazingly helpful with some of our odd requests. Such as needing the IP address to be able to go online on our Xbox's to download something for work. Then needing to leave the Xbox's in their care while we caught our flight home and they could be picked up and returned to Microsoft

The breakfast was okay. Some bacon would have been appreciated :D
