Good location not too far to water to either the water or the Main Street with bars cafe or restaurants.

Great location not far from city centre four square just across the street, comfy beds, tidy room awesome having a balcony upstairs outside room for smokers, A heat pump in room for cold nights also sky with all the channels! But most of all loved the spa bath 😍 sooo good for the cold nights will definitely return again!

Clean and tidy, I don't normally sleep well on a king bed that's 2 singles pushed together but this one was pretty comfortable. Great TV :)

No real issues

The spa bath was lovely and the unit was super clean and had everything we needed.

The air conditioning unit was so loud it was a little difficult to sleep.

The location was great! The veiw was great could see mount ruapehu and the beds were so comfy.

Well presented, clean, warm, quiet. Such a nice place to stay and would return again in the future.
