Great location. Very well equipped. Within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. Just across the road from the lake.
The bed was rather hard and a little peak of the lake would have been great. A couple of matching wine glasses would have been nice.

They were informed that our camper had to go to the garage. In the end, to our great thanks, the man from the motel fixed the problem with the camper without wanting anything in return! We were very happy with this. Absolutely recommended to stay here.
There is not really anything that we could notice during our stay of 6 days in terms of areas for improvement.

When we went out and closed the windows when we returned room had a funky smell. Tv remote fell under the couch when we lifted the pillows off to get it there were gross looking Mark's on the pillow.

This motel was on the lake front which was nice for a walk. The room did get a glimpse of the lake. It wasn't too far out of town (you could walk) although we did drive. The room was a bit of an odd shape but it did have a lounge, dining, kitchen area and a separate bedroom. Best of all the bathroom had a lovely big spa bath. We were able to park up the back of the property.

The rooms were recently renovated, clean and spacious. The bathroom was large and had great water pressure. Even had heated floors. Kitchen had all you needed to cook if you choose too. It's across the road from the lake and a short walk to eateries and wharf.
Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend to friends and family and would stay here next time we visit beautiful Taupo. 5 stars from us!!!

The man at the counter was very polite, showed us everything we needed to know and was helpful. I came here with my partner and another couple, the facilities were fantastic, clean and such a beautiful view of the lake.
