everything about it was superb and well thought out the staff make this place what it is. the spa is excellent the buggies are well organized the views are unbeatable

- I wrote severals emails, but I haven’t got any reply… I had to call up the hotel to give me an answer - the vegan/ dietary sortiments is little - the staff doesn’t speak a proper English - the alcohol sortiments are low compare to other 5 star hotels…super basic with low brands. - there wasn’t enough towels on the beach - the towels have dirt dots on them - different price for the pizza when we were guests, and when we checked out - the villas are too loud. you can hear the pool’s engine and also the outside unit of the ac. So not for relaxing. - I also missed some flowers to decorate the rooms/ bathroom or the lobby - the minibar is empty, but loud. - you can see on the furnitures and also on the overlay, it needs to be renew it!

There are no words to describe how incredible this place is, don’t think twice! Amazing staff, beautiful facilities, they think of every small detail to make your stay perfect. Best hotel we’ve ever been to by far. We would be so lucky to come back.

several issues with the first room we were in (water and electricity wasn’t working), but they made up for by changing and upgrading room. Sea was very rough and beach filthy with lots of trash, but this may be down to weather conditions

What an incredible place.. Thoughtfully and beautifully designed, very helpful and genuine staff available at all times to help out, beautiful rooms/villas, and the breakfast and pool are something else. Highly recommend!

The only small improvement point was that we saw a few small stains on the bed sheets.

Really an exceptional experience, the grounds of the resort are fantastic, so lush and peaceful, the villas are amazing and the friendly staff goes above and beyond to give you a great time. Truly amazing, can highly recommend!

A lovely peaceful setting for a relaxing holiday. Very friendly, helpful & professional staff throughout the resort.

From the very passing theirs trash hold we felt very welcome. I did very like that every guest is assigned to some kind of supervisor , so in case of any trouble question issue you can directly contact him of her. Honestly that should be a standard is this kind of accommodations. very big applause for that!

There was nothing that I did not like it or something bothering me.
