The sort of place and people that really make you feel welcome.and well looked after if something is needed or needed to be sorted it is sorted these owners do know how to look after their guests so many thanbks

We stayed here for 2 days near the beginning of our holiday in England and we didn't want to leave. Sharon was the most gracious host. She was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful during our entire stay. The location is great for walking along the waterfront promenade in either direction and/or seeing the pier. It is a short driving distance to get to Beachy Head and we found it was well located to tour the surrounding areas. Our room was bright, spacious and well appointed with an atmosphere of peace and relaxation; and despite it overlooking the busy road, the traffic noise was minimal. The ensuite bathroom was a good size, and it was very clean and functional. Breakfast is served in a bright and airy room. It was delicious and hearty with a good selection of both hot and cold options. An added bonus for us was the ease of car parking behind the guest house - and on occasion when these 3 spots were occupied, free street parking was easy to find nearby. Sharon and her dog Teddy were a delight to meet and they made our stay at the Guest House great from beginning to end.

Our only minor grumble was the mirror lighting in the bathroom didn't work.

Traveled with my mum so great that we both had our own double bed and in separate spaces which could be closed off if required.

There is a dog that belongs to the lovely owners, who is very friendly, however I am allergic to dogs and would have preferred him not to have been around when I am in the shared dining room. I do appreciate that I am in the minority to feel this way.

Warm & friendly reception from Sharon & Neil & it was in an excellent location. Sharon was extremely helpful & I enjoyed the lovely breakfasts.

What a gem! Spacious room. Impeccably clean. Fantastic breakfast. Location brilliant with no problem parking. Hosts very friendly and helpful.

Very warm welcome; room very well decorated and furnished, very clean; very comfortable bed; very good breakfast.

Sharon and her husband were excellent hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great, as much or as little as you wanted. Our twin room was actually 2 rooms and gave us space to sort things out as we were on a long trip the other side of the world! Situation was great, just a short pleasant walk along sea front to pier and restaurants. We were able to park off road out the back which was a bonus.

In all honesty I can't think of anything that could have been better for us during our stay!

Hosts Sharon & Neil made for a wonderful stay. There is huge choice for breakfast. Our room was beautiful, clean and we had a nice view of the beach, the sea and the Fort opposite which is being renovated.

That parking was limited ... but I managed to park in the hotel parking bays.
