From the moment that you arrive the staff are there to greet you with smiles and enthusiasm. The check in is quick and smooth and the room keys are easy to use. All the information about meals, times and facilities are on the key card, as well as the internet pass. The rooms are lovely and clean with all the resources needed, kettle, cups, drink selection. The beds are really comfortable and although at the front of the hotel, not noisy. However, even ear plugs are supplied. The ensuite is small but adequate and lovely clean towels are there. The breakfast is outstanding with everything that could be there, is there. This is a fab hotel, outstanding because of the small charge and free car park.

As above, nothing was missing for me. I would have liked a better evening meal menu for the cold days, so I wouldn't have to go out to eat.

Lovely hotel. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The whole area was spotlessly clean. Good location. 15 minutes walk to the centre. Free parking excellent.

The rooms and bathrooms are very small and only a small hanging space for clothes. Adequate enough- after all we were only sleeping there.

Location was excellent, hotel easy to find, breakfast was super rooms great bathroom a little small but ok evening drinks satisfactory. Will stay again.
