Great location, clean and comfortable

The doors to the bedroom with the card key was a little hit and miss

The hotel is beautiful. The staff are friendly and professional. The Room Service guy told me mine was his favorite room in the hotel and someone left me chocolates saying I was the guest of the day. Attention to detail wins the day.

Unhappy bar was closed just after 11pm - the should have been open to residents - very disappointing,

The reception/lobby were very welcoming and well maintained.

Corridors and rooms were average and in need of updating/renovating.

Beautiful hotel , couldn’t have been any nicer people that own / run it , very welcomed went above & beyond for us , special Thankyou to Levi , very clean hotel too , definitely recommend & will Definitely go bk .

Everything was close by to explore the city, the room was just enough for the 3 of us.

Good location for walking into the city, but also close to its industrial heritage.

Comfy and clean

Pleasant bar and breakfast restaurant staff.

Broken hair dryer in room, rang for 15 minutes to reception.Eventually my husband went to reception and with at least 50 people in a queue had to excuse himself and jump to the front as we were anxious to leave for function with time constraints. The floor housekeeper eventually arrived with a dryer but disputed the fact that as the dryer in our room was blowing cold air it worked. Really rude individual. Breakfast not great, poor selection and very little left 45 minutes before breakfast ended.Other people in our company asked for bread to make toast and were told none available.

Hotel was great, bed was a little uncomfortable but not so much that it stopped me sleeping.

Staff were so helpful, my husband has recently had a accident, so was in a wheelchair, so i had to change the room at the last minute, . He was helped ar breakfast when he couldn't get to the buffet .

Mouldy bathroom. Limited television options. No breakfast as previous visits found limited breakfast (1 coffee type!) and expensive.

The room was extremely warm in the night, the walls were very thin so could hear the people next and there was building work or some kind of construction noise all through the night. I think the price was too high for the experience.

Excellent Reception staff,best I seen for years, glad we changed from Hilton Hotel last year.

Only that a lot of work being carried out opposite the Hotel where a New Park is being landscape & buildings being demolished.
