meals were good sized portions, well cooked. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. room was a good size. Bathroom heater wasn't working when we arrived, but an alternative was found and the original was repaired the day after our arrival.

We stayed for one night when visiting relatives locally. The room was quiet during the night with no traffic noise. Our dog could stay in the room (in his crate) for £10 extra payment. The breakfast was very good. The booking was for a shared bathroom but our room had its own large bathroom.
