Such a great hotel for us as a family with its option of spacious 2 bed apartments with kitchenette including washing machine & dryer. Love the contemporary decor. Great location too with supermarket in the basement of shopping centre next door and the BTS just down the road plus super choice of restaurants & foot massage places all on doorstep. We loved the roof top pool. Also, the staff definitely deserve a mention: always very helpful and super friendly. This was our second visit and MUU did not disappoint. We will definitely be back. Absolutely exceptional again.

Lovely hotel very comfortable clean and delicious breakfast fabulous pool which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it. There were a few nice bars in the area but about a 15/20 minute taxi drive to the area with lots of bars and restaurants
On one of the nights the concierge called a taxi it didn’t look like a registered one we couldn’t use the seat belts so it felt quite unsafe.

It's a funky well located hotel with a nice sized junior suite
I had flickering broken lights for 2 days that I requested to be fixed twice and they never came. The same with the speaker control that didn't work either. No plates dishes or cutlery at all in a suite is pretty odd. It was very basic for a junior suite.

I am very happy to have chosen MUU bangkok. Of all the thousands hotel in bangkok MUU caught my eye with its trendy design. I especially enjoyed their pool and jacuzzi, stunning view to the city sunset. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel vibe overall is quite lively. I had a lovely experience with Ya. Even though I stayed for only short time he assisted me delightfully. As a solo traveler, I would need the help and communication from the staff.
There is just one problem is the traffic noise from the street but I understand it is unavoidable in a busy city like Bangkok. You’ll have this same problem elsewhere in any hotel on the main road.

The staff were friendly and polite the rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is a decent size and you can relax on your last day. The shopping mall downstairs is really useful too

The rooftop pool and spa were highlights we weren’t expecting to enjoy as much as we did! Happy hour by the pool was exceptional value.
The rooms were large and good value for money.
Not much to say here! If we were visiting again we would spend more time closer to the hotel rather than attempting to get taxis to temples etc as we spent way too much time in traffic jams when we could have spent it at the pool bar or at more amazing restaurants near the hotel.

The staffs at the front was a little confused about checking in checking out and parking which took us a while both to check in and out. But they were very polite and helpful.

Could be cleaner, the bathroom makeup mirror needs to have an optional backlight due to the shadows created by the main lighting it’s difficult to do your makeup.
Room could be kept a bit more cleaner.
Small room iron would be nice.

Fantastic structure, located in the best area of Bangkok. Perfect stay from all points of view. Restaurant on the eleventh floor is really amazing, huge room and very clean. Breakfast with a lot of variety and possibility to order a la carte. Excellent concierge service and a note of thanks to all the super friendly staff who make you feel pampered throughout your stay

The staff are by far the best and the room is spacious, clean and quite. Arrived after a long-haul flight we were greeted with a very warm welcome. Suriya, Mon, and Teay greeted us and let us shower despite our room not being ready. We accurately were told when our room would be ready and were immediately given tips regarding things to do and how to get around. Coming back when we are in Bangkok again in a week or so.
No complaints to mind.

Everything is wonderful there.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices à la carte + buffet. Not to miss: fluffy pancakes and egg Benedict! Their crispy bacon is also DELICIOUS!
The swimming pool is clean and large enough and swim in the morning for a quick exercise.
The hotel rooms are quite large, with a very nice view.
Staff is welcoming and helpful.
