Sus instalaciones y ubicación son buenas

El desayuno no muy bueno

Lo recomiendo ampliamente, iba con mi familia (y mi pequeño de 3 años) me preocupaba el clima pero con el calefactor no sufrimos del frío x las noches (fuimos en invierno) Todo el personal muy amable, podíamos calentar algún alimento en el área del comedor x la noche en el micro. El hotel bonito, muy céntrico, limpio, un Oxxo pasando el bulevar (lo cual si se necesita es muy necesario)

Nos quedamos en la habitación 220 pero si de repente el aire sonaba raro cuando calentaba, lo reportamos y los chicos de mantenimiento fueron a checar pero aún así seguía sonado 🙈

Limpio, estacionamiento vigilado y amplio, desayuno incluido y personal muy amable.

El desayuno lo cierran muy temprano (10:30 am)

que me toco el segundo piso, y no hay escalera a ese piso ya que se tiene que subir en elevador aunque hay escalera de emergencia dotado de mecanismo para usar en cas de emergencia y no se debe usar el subir y bajar normalmente además el desayuno es escaso con poca cantidad de alimento por lo tanto hay amontonamiento en espera del surgimiento

Las instalaciones y la limpieza. Y la amplitud de la habitación doble

En general todo bien solo había un poco de polvo, pero nada grabe, se escuchan las tuberías cuando entran al baño del cuarto siguiente.

The hotel is well-located, within 12 minutes walk from the main square of the historical center of Puebla. The room is comfortable.

The bathroom was not very clean when we arrived. For instance, there was lots of hair in the shower. The breakfast could be improved mainly the coffee machine that provides very bad quality coffee.

The breakfast provided was not very good.. and there is no food service in the hotel apart from the breakfast. You have to order food at a local stall across the street.

booked with this hotel but unfortunately due to the volcano activity had to cancel our planes, the property refused to cancel free of charge, they could’ve been more understanding due the situation during those days, we still planning to visit Puebla in the coming days before our return home and show my husband and daughter this beautiful city

The location and the rooms are super good. The building is super beautiful. Breakfast was also very good.

If you are hungry after the breakfast there is no option to eat anything in the hotel. There is no room service or cafeteria and the vending machine didn't work.

The hotel is 5 min away from the city centre. We were able to walk there every day. There are also a few restaurants right across the hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the free breakfast was ok. Having free parking is great.

The air conditioning is extremely noisy. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbours next and on top of you. The a/c worked in that way as white noise. The rooms don't have a kettle, fridge or microwave, so not ideal for families with babies. There is no rooms service or a kitchen available. We knew this beforehand so it was ok.

the honesty of few hotel security guards at the entrance. Story may not be applied to other guests but just my experience. I lived here for one day, which is the first day I came to Puebla, also the first day to Mexico. Everything was really good before I picked up my luggages and about to leave. I called taxi and on the way to bus station and found my wallet was lost. I clearly remembered I had it before entering the taxi. But when I came back to hotel and asked the hotel, thing was not good. There were one or two hotel security guards who I can 100% be sure that they were there when I left, but they said they did not see it. The other hotel staff were very nice to helping to pull the sevilince carema for me, unfortunitely, the carema location is very tricky and did not cover the taxi area. But they all confirmed my wallet was in my pocket when I was waiting the taxi. It was a bad feeling, not about the cash in the wallet but my licences and all credit cards were inside the wallets. So I had to think other ways to survive in this forengin countries for next 10 days.
