Reception was efficient and friendly and helpful.

The facility is pretty dated and tired, but room was clean and housekeeping was to a high standard. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The location was good.

It's very dated, had a smell about it. The double bed was uncomfortable. We even had a person trying to get into our room. It wouldn't be a place that I wil return too.

A bit noisy on the side of corridor when noisy neighbours pass by, as the window cannot reduce any sound. We arrived a bit early (about 1:30 pm) for check in so I understand the room was not ready at that time, but we came back twice (2pm and 3pm) and the room still not fully ready, the arrangement of room clean need to be improved (I mentioned the approximate checkin time when I book the room, so they should know).
