Lovely room, clean and well appointed. Kitchenette well equipped. On site breakfast was great. The motel’s location suited us well for our stay in Taupo

Heat pump wasn't blowing very warm

It had very comfortable beds, a compact kitchenette, small dining table, spotless bath with generously sized shower. Everything I needed for my stay in Taupo to explore the various attractions in the area. Lots of good DVDs and books in lounge area. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and walking to stores, restaurants and Saturday Farmers’ Market.

We arrived late from travelling and our room was set up for us with out us asking, the curtains pulled and all the heaters going, was lovely to walk into a warm place after travelling w tired children we could put straight into bed. Thankyou

Pleasantly surprised with the amount of space in the town house - full amenities, great powerful shower, warm and cozy environment.

We really enjoyed the fact that it was quiet and that it has a no noise policy after 8:30pm.

The breakfast on offer was not too great

It was spotless - I've stayed in many motels/hotels recently and the clean conditions of this place was exceptional. We arrived late and the lights and heater was on - so welcoming. Loved the breakfast YUM! Wish we could have stayed longer. I randomly appreciated the vending machine too! Just felt like snacks and didn't want to drive anywhere.

TBH - I have nothing to complain about. I didn't like the fact that we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it better.
