Lovely cosy cottage-like unit. Spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly want and more. Unfortunately the weather was miserable but on a nice day it would be the ideal location for a walk around the lake and maybe some kayaking. Even though you are located on the main road noise wasn't an issue.

We noticed there are delivery options for food but we chose to go into town ourselves. We needed to drive as it is a wee way out. This was not really a problem but it was the only thing about Cottage Mews that wasn't excellent.

We loved the beautiful bed cover and sheets. Plus the awesome spa bath near the bed.

Great to meet Alby and his mate. Liked the Taupo Times paper on hand in the morning. Brilliant-you rang me to advise I had keft my dressing gown behind and held same until I retrieved it on Thursday, four days later!

Car parks could be numbered to each Unit to avoid clusters?

Fantastic location right on lake walking distance to boat club for food and drinks short drive 2mins to town centre facilities and accomodation fantastic. Even had jacuzzi bath in bedroom

Absolutely beautiful! Comfortable, clean, spacious suite with patio off the living/bed room downstairs and deck off upstairs bedroom. Close to the beach (30 second walk) and to paved walk to the main part of Taupo. It was a wonderful stay!

Everything was lovely and clean. Grateful for the free use of the washing machine and powder.

Had a spa a bit late in the evening but then ran out of hot water for showers :(

It was a single night stay so it met all our requirements. If we were staying longer, we might have preferred a view of the lake. It was also very close to the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club (our favourite bar and restaurant).

Lovely and close to the lake, comfortable beds, the spa baths were great. Really cool that the have kayaks and bikes available for hire and there is books and games to borrow in reception 😀
