The property is amazingly clean and modern with all modern facilities

The telephone in the room was quite obsolete as I could not hear anything that reception was saying to me !

Hotel services are really excellent, great place to stay .Nice ambience, Very Good Staff and food was very delicious 😋.

Food can be improved. Complementary pickup and drop between certain hours back and forth to the airport to a maximum of 2 passengers can be given. The airport is only 2 kms away.

Property is good but the staff discrimination for the bikers. I reached property after riding for 14+ hrs and on reaching security stop me on the enterance gate itself . They even didn’t allow me to offload my backpack , they simply not ready to listen . Was damn exhausted but there discrimination n rude behaviour literally put me off, I was allowed to move n park my bike inside after literally begging & requesting to the shift mgr . More ever again security gaurd not allowed to wipe the dust from my bike before the ride and asked me move out from the premises and do it which I did . I thanks to shift mgr Mr Rahul for understanding By the way I was allowed to park my bike as I was riding HARLEY DAVIDSON., So riders beware to book accordingly if you not riding HARLEY DAVIDSON but still ready to face the humiliation

They forgot our airport pickup and came after we called them two times, but still charged every penny of it.

The best part of this property was it's Staff... No doubt ,, very humble, courteous, well mannered and supportive. I always consider it as the biggest asset of hospitality industry. They all were good but would specially like to mention the Name Ms. Chandani Devi (Sr. Duty Manager) who was really great and supportive. Her managerial skills, sincerity and support was really amzing and made me feel that I am really at very safe and nice place. She was amazing in her job. Very nicely explained all the information related to property and the city, whatever and whenever I asked.
