前台的一位女性工作人员帮我换了零钱，给予了我很大的帮助，非常感谢。

1.没有拖鞋；2.有洗发水和护发素，但是没有沐浴露；3.有浴帽、棉签、卫生袋，但是没有牙膏牙刷。严重怀疑housekeeper不用心工作。4.早餐厅的某一位主管一直用不友好的眼神看着我们，歧视中国人？

Good location and relatively clean

Very long check in time despite that there was no one there except me.

The hospitality was quite nice. Ms. Noora and Mr. Nafis were understanding and helpful. Might visit again.

the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Basil, the gentleman at the reception desk. The hotel is clean and quiet

Hotel staff are good & welcoming. Good support from housekeeping manager Mr. Gopal & team. Breakfast food is good but very limited options, would suggest to include more variety of items. Wyndham Garden & Hilton Garden Inn are good examples to follow.

Feeling sorry to rate down the hotel from 10* (first visit) to 2* (now it's my last visit) only because of few specific issues. 1) Car hire agency "4seasons". This is the third instance where the car given was of worst quality but charged at 11/-OMR per day basis. No cleaned car given, parking brake not working, emission control problem and even car battery discharged in the mid of day afternoon and I had to wait for the person to come back. Even no replacement car given. I lost my working time from 1.30PM till evening 7pm and my day wasted. Hope you guys understand I am a loyal customer of this hotel on business visits to Oman. Even during final payoff, the guy mentioned he is doing a favour by charging me 3/- OMR less, forget the hours I lost not using and the heat and torture I faced in the mid of the day. Even the owner promised that he will ensure to clean the car but sorry to say nothing was done. I would strongly recommend hotel management to replace this company with good company or else monitor their car conditions and customer feedback after every car booking. Unnecessary you guys are downgrading your ratings. 2) Parking is not monitored and people are occupying 2parkings because of improper prarking. 3) Although a small point, but the alarm clock in my room was not working well.

For the money you pay,it’s the best.There are many hotels much more better than this hotel but with much more money.

The water of pool was cold.
