View from balcony, Security. Size of pool suitable for lap swim. Near restaurants, groceries (Walgreen, CVS, supermarkets), across the street from a budget rental car agency. Plenty of extra amenities in kitchen included oils and spices.

Only one chip for access to pool, beach, building. Need at least two or a challenge to accommodate multiple desires, e.g. one member wanting to go to the beach, another pool, another room, the chip holder has to walk around to accommodate and be available to retrieve members. Bathroom outside pool required assistance by staff to access. If in pool, if someone wanted to go to the bathroom, individual needed chip to exit pool to access bathroom. If other party member was on beach, that individual needed chip -- but only one provided. Pool was a bit cold. Room was maximum cold or shut off as the temperature gage did not adjust. Screen door to patio unable to lock. Could not find any safe to store valuables.

The property had no air the entire stay

It did not have any air . I was not properly notified of the situation before arrival . Communication was horrible .

The location & views

The bed had a big dip in it so if you rolled towards the closet you would fall out of the bed lol

Same day we arrived, we left to go explore the city, once we arrived back to the room the toilet overflowed into the bedroom, Sofa bed was broken and was so dirty and stained, smelled like it was not cleaned for a long time. Patio rail was lose. We had to sleep on the patio on the beach chairs until the next day.

The location and the view was phenomenal. Clean towels and bed sheets. They have diverse dishes and pots. Security was amazing, super friendly attentive and helpful.

Need some improvement such as the shower, fridge, and stove. They were a little outdated.

Property has a lot of amenities and by the ocean which is a plus! Apt needs a little work but it has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable, Beatrice was super nice and quick to resolve issues! Thanks I hope to be back soon but with 2 bedrooms apt so I can bring my parents!!

It was a nice property but it needs a little update, but overall it did work for us!!

Omg i loved the beach view Property had everything dishes hair blower microwave toaster nice dining table Had pool. Had a parking garage Feels like you home. I love it. Next time i go to Puerto Rico i will definitely stay at Marbella del Caribe👍

Just love everything

Liked the view the pool the beach. Good area close to restaurants has parking space assigned ... casinos etc..

The internet was not working for over 3 days. The bed sheets and blankets In the closet had bad smell the extra mattress was ichthy I couldn't sleep on it. The floor was dirty. Sofa bed when open was not comfortable to sleep on. Bed says it's a queen size it was a full size. Very uncomfortable for 2 people. ** Those blankets in closet had very bad smell . Couldn't use them.

The view was amazing.

The refrigerator and AC were noisy

Almost everything: Communication with the owner was more than perfect: great recommendations, helping tips,.. and what about the place: confortable, perfect location, well decorated, stunning views and great terrace apartment,... wake up in the morning, without leaving the bed, watching the sea beside you,... wordless.

Just a few things: bathroom needs a facelift, and the kitchen area,.. well, we missed some more cutlery. That's all,...
