The room was clean and comfortable. And the staff very helpful. And the bed was clean and comfortable to a good nights sleep

There was nothing we disliked

Quite a surprise, meet all our needs and more, nice room and amenities, only an arms length to the beach, could hear the water while we slept, such a nice beach for a stroll, with access from the rear of the property, I will definitely like to return and explore more

The room wasn’t up to a clean standard , mould in the bathroom, cracked power point in the bathroom. The room needed a good clean and possibly updating

My wife and I stayed at the Swansea Motor Inn on our recent trip up from nipaluna (Hobart) to kanamaluka (Launceston). The Motor Inn is fantastically located on the foreshore with uninterrupted views of the bay. The room was clean with great amenities. The staff were super helpful etc. and it's located opposite the IGA for any grocery needs. No air-conditioning but there is a pedestal fan and with the screened window open we fell asleep to the sound of crashing waves and a gentle sea breeze.

The units are very close together with the balconies open to the neighbors conversations etc. We heard the bloke next door go out onto the balcony to fart haha

large comfortable room with couch in room, small balcony over looking park and beach. Good size comfortable bed providing a good nights sleep. Kettle, toaster, Microwave in room.

Check in was simple but almost appeared to be an inconvinience, was friendly enough but not overly welcoming. did not spoil my stay would stay here again

The view from the room was fantastic. The room size was very good with good facilities i.e. shower was good quality. Access to the beach was easy.

A really nice family run motel with the best ever in room guest information book. Worth the read for the great Aussie info! It was so funny, even as an Aussie it made us laugh. Really nice place.

Great location, a short walk from restaurants and supermarkets. Parking right out front of our room was convenient.

Facilities are quite tired. They are begging to be updated. Room was a bit stuffy. Tried opening the windows but they open out to a brick wall. Could do with ceiling fans or air conditioning.

Motel is a bit dated but it was the best room upgrade to one with accessibility and sea views really lovely. Would stay again for sure.
